Valry Redeye

Valry Redeye was an aged Rodian male infochant who specialized in slave trade trafficking during the Galactic Civil War.^[1]

Biography

Valry reached an age where he could no longer be a hunter, the main cultural trait of Rodians. Instead he decided he could "hunt" for information which he could sell. He retreated to Vergesso Base, a shadowport in the Bajic sector. He was aware that Tenloss Syndicate, the real owners of the base, were secretly using it for slave transfer as well, a common secret among infochants about which nobody dared to talk about.^[2][1]

One time, in 3.5 ABY,^[3] a group of beings came to the base. One acquaintance had been captured by slavers and they knew they were heading for Bajic, which had no major slave market. The fact that some visitors were poking around for slave trade reached Tenloss, and some thugs were sent to make clear they were asking wrong things in the wrong place.^[1]

Eventually they reached Valry; although he knew that anyone talking about slave trade on Vergesso could end up dead, he was willing to talk for an amount of 1000 credits. A few [[standard hour/Legends|hours later, he returned to them, and directed them to Docking Bay 762.^[1]

Personality and traits

He was so named because he was fitted with a red cybernetic eye.^[1]
