The Vaathkree was an Imperial star cruiser commandeered by Grand Admiral Thrawn as of 6 ABY. That year, Thrawn traveled to Sluis Van aboard the Vaathkree in order to acquire a Star Destroyer under construction in the Sluissi construction yards, and to gather intelligence in anticipation of a future military reconquest of the Sluis system.^[1]
