VX-9 Mailoc

The VX-9 Mailoc, also known as the VX-9 Redeemer by the Galactic Republic was a gunship manufactured by the Dromund Kalakar shipyards and used by the reconstituted Sith Empire. It impressed Republic pilots so much that when they encountered it in combat they requested a ship like it. The Republic Strategic Information Service then carried out a long operation to steal the VX-9 Mailoc design specifications. The mission was a complete success, and the VX-9 Redeemer was then manufactured for Republic forces.[1]
