The Utapaun resistance was formed in response to the Separatist occupation of the planet Utapau. Master of Port Administration Tion Medon coordinated the resistance efforts, hiding the planet's Porax-38 starfighters until the arrival of Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi.[1] Medon's forces allied with the Grand Army of the Republic during the Battle of Utapau,[4] although Medon and other resistance figures were arrested after the battle by the new Empire.[1]
