Welcome
Welcome to Wookieepedia! :-) Let me know if you have any questions. -- Ozzel 00:10, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
In-universe
Sorry, but I reverted your edit on the Tatooine lizards article. All in-universe articles need to be written from an in-universe perspective and in past tense (in keeping with the "long time ago" idea). Anything out-of-universe needs to be in the "Behind the scenes" section. -- Ozzel 04:07, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
Oh I didn't know anything about that. --Taybo20 04:14, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
ROTJ
I knew that. I thought Solo getting rescued was a good part of the story line, so I got two quotes from that. This is why I hate Vader. He takes movies away from good and better characters. thanks again. --Jabbathehuttgartogg

Updated quote template
Hey, just wanted to let you know that the quote template has been updated so that you can source the quote. You just added where it's from after the name and it will pop up in a tooltip when you hover over the quote. So this:
{{quote|No, I am your father.|Darth Vader|Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back}}
...produces this:
- "No, I am your father."
- ―Darth Vader

Great Scott!
Check it. -- Ozzel 06:25, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
- And you'll be at C4 too? That will be twice as good, meeting an user on both of my wikis. Might want to use one of these:

- Hey thanks man! And yes I will be at C4 so it will be good to meet you. I put it on my page, but sadly I'm not very advanced so my page is real corny...ha.--Taybo20 15:20, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
The CIV Table
Hey, just FYI - I volunteered to Xwing328 that I would set up a master schedule, so that we can keep the table manned at all times. Would you please head over to my Manning the CIV table page and let me know when you can volunteer? Thanks! --Bobvitas 13:38, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
- Hey! Gotta be brief - very busy. 1) How much would the kinkos in LA charge - estimate? 2) Yes, we have access to the Fan Stage, including a projector, sound, and microphones. We're going for a PowerPoint-like presentation. I've already got some questions emailed to me, there's more on the Forum page. Right now, I think the biggest thing would be figuring out how best to do the PowerPoint stuff. GTG - will talk with you later. —Xwing328(Talk) 22:13, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
- I understand, its cool. I could call a kinkos out there and get a rough estimate. I would like to know the kind of budget we have to work with. We may have to go black and white, instead of color. Also, Ozzel and I decided that perhaps the first day we go with a small order, just to see how fast the pamphlets go. If we need more, we can order more. I just don't want to get stuck with pamphlets that we will never use after CIV. As far as Stump the Wookiee goes, I think Power Point is the most simple way of creating question slides as well. I will say, we will have to change up lifelines though because 50/50 and Switch the Question will be extremely hard to do. Perhaps, a "Use Wookieepedia" and a "Ask the Wookieepedian". I will start working on a power point file. Thanks for everything you're doing!!--Taybo20 04:15, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
- You may want to check Forum:Stump the Wookiee if you haven't already. The only good lifelines I have planned right now are to use Wookieepedia and poll the audience (by round of applause). Obviously, we're trying to promote the site here, so they might get to use it twice or something. Budgetwise, the brochures and t-shirts really depend on each other. We'll have at least $300 devoted just to brochures, which is enough to do at least 500 4/4 front and back pamphlets (at online printers). How many do you personally think we'd need? —Xwing328(Talk) 05:08, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
- Just checked, and our store time is 3–5 on Friday. So I was wrong... from a certain point of view. -- Ozzel 04:36, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
- Hey Taybo20! I've got a program that will allow us to do a lot more than originally planned with a simple PowerPoint. Let me know if you can send me the "template" that you put together, or whatever else you've done so far. Also, the "pre-screen" idea you brought up sounds good. —Xwing328(Talk) 23:56, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- Oh well if you have a program then lets just use it. There is no doubt in my mind it will look better than the power point. My power point was very simple, though effective. But honestly, how flashy can a power point really be. When I get to work I will see if I can send it to you. If all else failed it could be used as a back-up...lol. And about the "pre-screen", I will try to make some sort of sign to ask people to try out and what not. I'm not sure how much pub we will really get for this event and since it has been moved to a "bigger" stage, I definitely want it to go as best as possible. Even though I may not be scheduled to work the booth, I will probably be stopping by periodically anyways so I should be able to help with that process.--Taybo20 00:51, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
