Please stop

Hi, Simpson Homer, and welcome to Wookieepedia! We welcome your contributions, but please do not remove content from pages, as you did with unidentified green-finned species, without explaining yourself either in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Otherwise, your edits may constitute vandalism. Thanks, and happy editing. ~ SavageBob 22:42, December 17, 2009 (UTC)

Doodnik

Hello again, Simpson Homer! That's great that Doodnik now has a species ID. What source calls him a Besalisk? We should probably add a footnote so others will not revert your changes. ~ SavageBob 19:06, December 20, 2009 (UTC)

  • Thanks for the reply. I don't see anything that specifically says that Doodnik is a Besalisk, though. It says that the scene in Droids inspired the scene in Episode II, but other than that, how are we to be sure that Doodnik is a Besalisk and not, say, a Jillsarian? I see that the species field in the infobox is currently sourced to "Dining at Dex's," but that article just says where he's from, not that he's a Besalisk. It's an interesting question. I'll bring it up at WookieeProject Aliens to see what others think, since this is such an unusual case. ~ SavageBob 01:17, December 21, 2009 (UTC)
