Welcome, Schacabaca!

Hello, Schacabaca, and welcome to Wookieepedia! We hope you like the place and choose to join us in building the best Star Wars encyclopedia there is. Here are some things you should know:

Wookiees-Transparent

New to wikis? Don't worry, we were all new once. Our help pages will get you started, and the Jundland Wastes sandbox can be used for test edits. Don't be afraid to make mistakes—be bold!

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, you can consult our FAQ, ask a question in the Senate Hall forum, visit our official IRC channel, or leave me a message on my talk page.
May the Force be with you! —Omicron(Leave a message at the BEEP!) 23:28, January 22, 2019 (UTC)

Tense

Thanks for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please be advised that all articles on in-universe topics are written in past tense. Please see the Manual of Style if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks! --Lewisr (talk) 12:14, February 1, 2019 (UTC)

  • Please make sure you're using the right tense (as in the past tense), you've been asked about this countless times yet you just seem to ignore it --Lewisr (talk) 03:21, March 7, 2019 (UTC)
    • Once again, a week later and you're simply ignoring these messages. Stop using the wrong tense, its really not that hard to do. I'm getting tired of continually having to edit your mistakes which could easily be avoided by you actually paying attention --Lewisr (talk) 16:07, March 14, 2019 (UTC)

Copying

Please don't copy stuff from one page and paste it onto another, its really not acceptable. Using another page as a basis for what to put then fair enough but just outright copying is not cool, please don't do it again --Lewisr (talk) 22:47, February 1, 2019 (UTC)

  • Once again, you're still doing this despite the countless times you've been asked not to do this exact thing. I'd strongly advise you to stop doing this before you end up getting banned. --Lewisr (talk) 17:50, March 22, 2019 (UTC)

Tagging articles for deletion

You've once again tagged an article for deletion without giving any reason. This is something you've been asked not to do, on your other user account, so please don't let this happen again. I've removed the tag for now. Thank you. 1358 (Talk) 21:11, February 3, 2019 (UTC)

Rebel comics

Hello there. Actually, I'm European, so I can actually buy those comics in physical form—albeit in German. I also buy the French editions in digital form (via Comixology). --Lelal Mekha The Uprising crest (Audience Room) 17:48, March 9, 2019 (UTC)

Images

You don't need to add more images to small articles, they just make them look bad. Wait until someone else expands it or you can do it yourself, or find another use for the image. That small image in the Azumel article, besides being on low quality it just makes the article look bad on oasis--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 21:35, March 10, 2019 (UTC)

Minor Edits

Hey, I'd warn against marking large content updates as minor, like you did here. I don't know the official standing on this, but it's really not a good idea to mark large edits with new information as minor. They aren't minor edits. Fan26 (Talk) 14:20, May 11, 2019 (UTC)

Moving pages

Please do not copy-paste pages when they need to be moved to a new title. There is a specialised move tool, which needs to be used so the page's history can be moved to the new title too. Thank you, Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 16:17, June 1, 2019 (UTC)

Images

Per the new images policy, the section filenames mention the following "Extensions must be in short form (e.g. "jpg" over "jpeg") and lowercase" that means that your upload File:Sheffi.jpg is in violation of this rule. Please for all your next uploads the extension must be .jpg not .JPG--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 19:45, June 1, 2019 (UTC)

Images, again

As I told you here, The Rise of Skywalker hasn't been released in any home video format. That means that you can't source it to the movie as you did here, you need to add the actual link to where the image is found to prove that it isn't from a bootleg copy (Like this)--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 10:55, January 19, 2020 (UTC)
