Wookiees-Transparent

Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Do not remove talk page and forum comments, including your own, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! —SFH 22:31, October 13, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Question

Could you please reiterate your question? I'm not really sure what you're asking, but the upload function seems to be working just fine. CC7567 (talk) 02:34, October 16, 2010 (UTC)

  • I apologize, but I still don't know what you're asking. If you could be more specific, that would be greatly appreciated. CC7567 (talk) 09:31, October 22, 2010 (UTC)
    • First of all, please make sure to sign all talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~). Secondly, if you mean the {{User fox}} and {{User sw-3}} templates, you should be able to use them simply by inserting {{User fox}} and {{User sw-3}} on your page. Thirdly, your image was deleted because it failed to adhere to the image upload policy with proper sourcing. Any and all images that fail to provide proper licensing will be subject to deletion. If you require help with this, you are more than welcome to ask myself or any other member of the administration team for help. CC7567 (talk) 09:26, October 23, 2010 (UTC)
      • If you did not create the image yourself and do not hold the copyright to it, then you must source it to where you found it—simple as that. All proper sources are listed on the WP:I and WP:CANON pages. Please familiarize yourself with all of Wookieepedia's policies before continuing to contribute. Thank you. New Administrator????

I was hoping that you and the other administators might accept me as a new member of the administrators????

Re: Source

First of all, in response to your above post, I would highly recommend reading the requirements for adminship nominations; administrators are elected by the community, not selected by other administrators. Second, please sign your talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~), as you have already been asked to do. Third, a source for an image would be a specific link to a specific site or a link to a publication that has an article on Wookieepedia that is easily accessible for others to see and verify your claim; you have so far not provided a proper source, which is why your images have been deleted. Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 09:17, October 29, 2010 (UTC)

Sourcing

Please do not add any unsourced items to current Featured or Good articles, as it detracts from the quality or the article. Unsourced additions will be automatically subject to reversion, so you are highly encouraged to talk with the article's nominator before making any changes. Your cooperation is appreciated. CC7567 (talk) 04:26, November 27, 2010 (UTC)

  • Please do not add unverified information to Wookieepedia. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Thank you for your cooperation. CC7567 (talk) 02:37, November 29, 2010 (UTC)
    • Your info lacked proper sourcing, and it is an assumption that all clones were born in 32 BBY. That kind of unverified info does not have a place on Wookieepedia. Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 03:56, November 30, 2010 (UTC)

Signing your comments

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wookieepedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button Wikisigbutton located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! 1358 (Talk) 17:14, December 2, 2010 (UTC)

  • Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes. Do not type the signature manually. Just use four tildes. Thank you. 1358 (Talk) 15:11, December 11, 2010 (UTC)
    • Removing comments from talk pages is not allowed either, as the welcome message clearly states. 1358 (Talk) 16:41, December 11, 2010 (UTC)

Talk pages

Talk pages are for discussing changes, not for a discussion whether "Opress could kill Ahsoka". 1358 (Talk) 13:18, December 13, 2010 (UTC)
