Thank you for the welcome. I think its really cool that there are people around who are as geeky as I. I feel good. Just so you know, I do have wiki experience. Thrawn Trilogy
Thanks for the prompt welcome :) I just read your user page and I couldn't agree with you more! The Thrawn Trilogy is what got me started reading Star Wars novels. I'm saddened to hear that a lot of EU material is being retconned to fit with NJO, which I stopped reading when Chewbacca died (although I'm sure Zahn could have done it better). Anyway, I look forward to reading about (and possibly improving) the best parts of the EU. -- Tierce 01:40, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
- Just glad that I'm not a only dissenter on this website. -- SFH 01:41, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
Hi.
Hi, and thanks for the welcome. I was just wondering, are there userboxes in Wookieepedia just like there are in just like there are in Wikipedia?
- You mean templates for your user page, which sasy "this user is a..."? Then yes, there are, but you would have to find the templates for them. -- SFH 23:07, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
Improvement Drive
With Mallatobuck a lock for this Sunday, I've got a good chance of getting my ID nomination through the following week if I can keep it alive that long, and I'm desperate to do so. I thus propose a trade: a vote from you for the List of companies in exchange for a vote from me for the Black Fleet Crisis. Interested? CooperTFN 07:30, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
- I don't know if this is legal or not, but okay. -- SFH 15:32, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

Hey there
Hey, I just got your message; thanks ^_^. I started the Star Wars WikiProject over on Wikipedia, and I hope on transwikifying some material over here. Are there any special rules that I need to follow, or can I just copy and paste? Squall Deckiller 00:17, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- Well, you need to give credit to the Wikipedia contributors on the talk page of the article. Anyway, is there anything Wikipedia has that we don't? --Imp 00:19, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- You also need to edit it to an IU perspective. -- SFH 00:21, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- It's hard to go down the list, but I'll show you in a few minutes :) A lot of it is merges and the like. Squall Deckiller 00:24, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- Oh yeah, also, there are some copyvios that were fixed on Wikipedia that I see here on Wookieepedia; I'll take care of those. Squall Deckiller 00:25, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- Merges? Oh dear... :P --Imp 00:31, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, Jedi Apprentice was the CotW last week. Squall Deckiller 00:33, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- Oh, I see. Well, it's certainly a good article that could be transwikied rather easily. --Imp 00:43, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry about that category issue; it's going to take me a half an hour or so to get used to the system on this site ^_^ Squall Deckiller 00:45, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
re:Novels
Okay. Do you guys mind transwikifying summaries and the like though, or do you prefer that it's not done? Squall Deckiller 03:30, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- Not entirely sure, but we don't want to give away to many spoilers though. There are enough on throughout the site as it is, so I would ere on the side of caution. -- SFH 03:32, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- Okay. The summaries are generally succinct, so I don't think there should be any major objections. Thanks for the heads up ^_^ Squall Deckiller 03:33, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- Huh? By all means, feel free to add these great articles, Deckiller. There is no policy of "publisher's summary only", and I would enjoy seeing elaborate articles on published works. --Imp 07:56, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
Xizor
Heya, was it you that put Episode I in appearances? If so, where was he? --DarthCow--Talk| Email
- It wasn't me, but I had read that they used one of those old Micromachine figures of him in the stands of the Boonta Eve Classic. -- SFH 23:54, 13 March 2006 (UTC)
Separatist Military Members
Some of the ones you're recatagorizing, like Tyris and Kadrian Sey, apparently did not hold military rank. Some did, like Ventress, but I don't think Nikkos Tyris would have, for instance, since he was running a cult for pretty much the whole war. I don't think Sep Dark Jedi were necessarily military commanders. Yrfeloran 02:55, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- Some did have formal command of military forces, like Ventress and Sev'rance Tann, but if you disagree, you can put them back into Category:Confederacy characters

Help
Hi, I'm Maaul. I'm new here. This is my forth day, and I still don't completly understand editing. How do I make that cool box on the pages about battles? The one that shows the combatants, forces, commanders, e.c.t. And I also need help makeing my own page. If you could help me or something like that, that would be nice. Me again
Hi, it's me, Maaul again. I need help on something, and I thought maybe an admin could help. If you or a anyother admin has The New Droid Army, and has any experience with uploading, I need an image. I intend to make an artical on known victims of the sarlacc, but I really need an image from a game I don't have. If someone could help me get an image of Saato falling in pit, that would really help. I know that I'm asking a lot, so I thank you for any help you can give me. Thanks -User:Maaul/sig 23:20, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
P.S. if/when you get it, can you paste it on my talk page, please.
Recent Edit To The Mando'ade Page
I noticed that you removed a sizeable chunk of new information from the Mando'ade page. I think that stuff is covered in The Mandalorians: People and Culture. I'll go through it tonight just to be on the safe side. TIEPilot051999 01:38, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry if I'm wrong, but it just sounded really fanony to me. I've honestly never heard of the Mandalorian Empire, and those rituals of joining a clan sounded pretty hardcore and exacting, even for the Mandalorians. -- SFH 04:08, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
- You weren't wrong. I didn't find anything in the article about that stuff. On the other hand, I did add some new stuff from the article to that page. Go me! TIEPilot051999 04:36, 5 April 2006 (UTC)

No, That's suposed to be like that..But, I'm having trouble getting this table in there.. any suggestions? Corsianna Tegon 04:31, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
- You mean that Corsianna Tegon page is not your user page? You know that this is only for canonical information at Wookieepedia. -- SFH 04:33, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
Hmm, well. I thought that SWG was cannon afer the-force.net made the article that said it was. that's the reason I put it there. Corsianna Tegon 21:44, 5 April 2006 (PDT)
- Star Wars Galaxies is...a tricky subject. Basically, NPCs are considered canon, but playable characters are not. It can be hard to figure out at times. -- SFH 04:46, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
I don't think that's very fair :( I'm sorry if I seem offended/hostile I'm just. Yeah. I roleplay in that game, I try to at least. I'm not very sure that NPC's are cannon because they don't do anything and than you'd have Vader and Palpatine sitting around Naboo for 3 years. You're saying that all that I put into my chaacter and carefuly planning her past is all non-cannon.. :(

Thanks for the little fix that you made on Anachro's information box by changing he sex from female to hermaphrodite. - This is not a forum site, you illiterate homophobe. Personal opinions are not allowed on the article pages, they are for your userpages. In any case, what you do is vandalism, and not welcome. And answer me this. Who is more pathetic: The guys who run a fansite, or the guy who spends his day vandalizing a fansite? -- SFH 02:08, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

Crumb? vandal
What did the new crumb do to be known as a vandal? --Kowakian 1
- Basically making attacks on userpages, blanking articles and replacing them with a link called Pelican shit. There have been several attacks in the last twenty four hours, so I think it is someone who has their own mo copying other vandals. -- SFH 21:46, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
Vandalism in Star Wars Fanon!
Please help! Someone is on the fanon site, vandalizing it. The user is making every page have "On Wheels" in the title, and messing up entire pages. I know its just fanon but still, this is vandalism. Please take a look I don't know what to do. Dargos 05:42, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- It's a Willy on Wheels vandal. Block 'em ifinitely and then repair all the damage. KEJ 07:34, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
I can't block the vandal on my own. I'm not a mod. Dargos 23:35, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- Neither am I, so you should put him on the Vandalism in progress list. -- SFH 00:31, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
- That VIP list is specific to our Wikia, it won't block people on the fanon wikia. I'll mention the matter to the relevant Wikia staff. RMF 00:33, 6 May 2006 (UTC)

Endor for the Seperatists and song in Episode III
Long time, since I've been on. Anyways i have a few questions, what song was playing when the ARC-170 starfighters were being blasted by the droids and when the Vulture Droid fired its missles? Also, were you the one that said that the Seperatists had a base on Endor. Can you answer if you have time? Thanks.--Grievous7318 17:01, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
- Well, I have no idea what the name of the song that they were playing during the Battle of Coruscant was called, but I always have liked that song. As for the Separatist base on Endor, I do not recall saying such a thing. -- SFH 21:18, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
Question
Hey, I had a question. For the introduction of a character's page — is it a summary of the article we put like Jacen's, or a sort of non-spoiler introduction, or Anakin's? —Mirlen 00:00, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- I'm not really sure if we have a policy. I would go with the non-spoiler one personally. -- SFH 01:42, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- Ah, okay. Thanks. Then, would it be necessary to put a spoiler tag after the introduction? —Mirlen 11:58, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- Spoilers are just for new or recent info. -- SFH 14:49, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks again. Hey, sorry to keep asking your question, but this more feedback-related.
- I think it's time to replace the leadoff quote, and I'd like to replace it with this — but I feel it's too long. Do you have any ideas on how to cut it short but still keep with the meaning of the quotes?
- "You saved me from the darkness. I saved you...not in recompense, but so you can continue serving life, the Force."
"I will never be as good a servant as you or Chewie."
"You already are, Anakin, and will be greater. As you heal, you will be stronger than anyone can imagine. We are proud of you, so proud..." - ―Daeshara'cor and Anakin Solo
- I personally feel the present lead in quote on Anakin better describes Anakin more than that one, but bring it up on the talk page and see how others feel about it. -- SFH 22:27, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- It's fine. :) I don't mind too much of what quotes we use. I mean, I do care a bit, but the current quote is good as well — I just thought a change might be in need, but it's not necessary. —Mirlen 22:29, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- On a rather random note, I agree with your suggestion that the Living Force RPG article should be moved to Living Force (RPG), and have the Living Force page redirect to the Force. Or alternatively, we could have a 'Living Force' disambiguation page and have that be the page that appears on the screen when the 'Living Force' is typed in the search box. —Mirlen 23:23, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
Hey Can I ask a question about editing my main page?
How do I get it to resimble your home? like it looks like an actual article on Wookieepedia?
- If you are asking how to make user infoboxes, i wouldn't be able to help you. Mine are all made by other people. -- SFH 02:36, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
I have another question
- When I was on Wikipedia to find the song I was talking about, I found another song titled "Arrival Theme". After, I looked for it on Itunes and Google, but they didn't have it, do you know what's the name of the song?-- Grievous7318
- No idea what soever. -- SFH 21:44, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

New user needs help...
Greetings, this is Tellur, a user you welcomed to Wookieepedia. I've been recently updating my userpage by arranging it into tables and I noticed that after I created the fourth table, a content box appeared. That's cool - but why is it in the first table? I'd want it floating above the text or out of the first table. Could you please show me the right Jedi way to do so? Thanks! Tellur 16:55, 5 July 2006 (UTC)

Question regarding new user welcome messages
Hello SFH, I'm an admin of the German Jedipedia and we started to welcome new users by posting introductory messages on their discussion websites, containing the most important links to "First steps" and "Guidelines" and some nice motivation to participate in filling the Jedipedia :). We only have 64 registered members so far, but we were wondering how to keep track of new users. We didn't discover a log function for new users (at least no function which is available to the average admin and regular users, because two regular users volunteered for posting these messages). Is there any special function on Wookieepedia that informs you about new registrations or do you have a special secret for keeping track of new users? Any clues would be appreciated :) Thank you, RC-9393 15:24, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
- Well, I just check the recent changes. Nothing fancy, but it works. -- SFH 16:10, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

- It was back when this homophobic ip vandal was targeting my page for attack. StarNeptune put it on sem-protect, but I think I will unblock it. As for the ip, I'm inclined to unblock him. -- SFH 17:49, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
Hello, SFH, just so you know, a user named Darth Vacatour, who left a flaming message on his page on SW Fanon Wiki, was banned there. You can see the message here.[1]. For security purposes, I would recommend banning him from this site. File:JM 76.jpgMaster 76
- He also vandalized the German Jedipedia in larger scale, and he is quite stubborn; he even vandalized articles already reverted back for a second or third time... RC-9393 19:49, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
Instant Messengers
Hey...I've just decided to try to get all the admin's IM details so that, if needed, we'd be able to group convo and was curious if you have any? If so, feel free to get mine from my user page and add me...oh and yes, that is me on the Stargate wiki...I'll probably end up causing as much problems with sorta-maybe-kinda canon stuff there as I do here. :) —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 20:43, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
Two things
- Greetings SFH. I have two questions: 1) Did you know your userbox on WOTM is a month off? 2) (I think I have the answer to this one) I have been writing articles based on the The New Essential Guide to Weapons and Technology, and just wanted to make sure I wasn't committing any egregious copyright violations. I did not verbatim quote the article and listed the guide as the source. Just checking. . . Atarumaster88 16:20, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
Locked redirects
I've noticed a couple of the fanon or constantly recreated page redirects I've made have been quickly reedited by you. Are you sure that this is something I'm doing wrong? Because I sometimes find the redirect doesn't "kick in" until after I reload the page, and your edits don't seem to change the wiki code at all from what I did. —Silly Dan (talk) 03:01, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
- Perhaps it is my computer. I'll try that the next time. -- SFH 03:21, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Question (Can't think of a better title)
How could you revert all the edits of the most recent vandal so fast? Is it something admin-only tool, or your net connection is simply THAT fast? - TopAce 17:04, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
- Admins are granted a tool called "rollback". It immediately reverts the edits of a user, sending them back to the version that the last user did. It's really made my job a lot easier. -- SFH 17:06, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Sorry...
I recently edited a page about lightsabers, changing the "Color" words into "colour". I'm really sorry I did this twice, but it's due that I saw I had messages, but no idea where to find them. I eventually found them, so I want to apologize to Top Ace who twice warned me. I'm really sorry. Greetings,
Galak Fyarr
