Wookiees-Transparent

Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Please do not remove talk page and forum comments, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask one of our administrators. May the Force be with you!

Image notes

I notice you uploaded an image of the kid in the Yoda costume from E.T.. It was removed from the main Children of the Green Planet article, because there really wasn't room for it in the "Behind the scenes" section of the article, and couldn't be put in the in-universe part of the article. (I put it in the List of references to Earth in Star Wars article instead.) If you want to add more images to articles here, please make sure that (1) there's room for the images, (2) that you completely fill out the {{Information}} template (especially the part giving the original source, not just "flickr" or "the web"), and (3) that the black bars from letterboxed screenshots are removed. Thanks, and welcome to Wookieepedia. —Silly Dan (talk) 20:56, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

Appearance lists

Hey, RADuBreuil :-). Regarding your recent edit to the Force ghost article, I just thought I'd let you know that we list appearances chronologically based on their place in the in-universe timeline, not alphabetically, so I have reverted your edit. Please see the Manual of Style for more information. Thank you :-). Grunny (Talk) 16:05, 12 April 2009 (UTC)

Comic covers

Kindly stop overwriting the cover art solicit image for the comics. They belong in the articles every bit as much as the full cover image. Upload the full cover as a NEW image. - JMAS Jolly Trooper Hey, it's me! 20:07, November 24, 2010 (UTC)

Sure thing JMAS I didn't know we were keeping the old version and was told to just update it that way; but I'm fine with just updating the page and then also adding the new covers instead of overwriting the cover art. Thanks for informing me of the situation. -- RADuBreuil
