Wookiees-Transparent

Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Please do not remove talk page and forum comments, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask one of our administrators. May the Force be with you!

A note of caution

While I don't particularly mind what you've been doing, you need to dial it back a bit. 1: Don't edit people's subpages. Even admins only do that rarely and only when absolutely necessary. 2: Redirects are cheap and don't hurt anyone. 3: Don't edit anything that has been archived. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 06:46, September 27, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the warning. Will keep that in mind. Pabr Oebris 06:52, September 27, 2009 (UTC)

  • Another area of caution: as your welcome template notes, we don't remove talk and forum comments, as they're a part of the public record. jSarek 23:46, September 28, 2009 (UTC)
    • Per the first point listed on Wookieepedia:What Wookieepedia is not, "Wookieepedia is not Wikipedia . . . some of our rules, policies and article standards differ greatly from those of Wikipedia." We regard non-vandalism talk page comments as part of the public record, to be freely visible without having to search through page histories for them. If you want to archive them, that's fine, but don't just remove them. jSarek 00:18, September 29, 2009 (UTC)

Talk page

Regarding your message on JSarek's talk page, Wookieepedia is not Wikipedia. Just because they have a policy in place doesn't mean that it applies to us. And our policy is that you are not allowed to remove talk page comments unless you are archiving or the comment in question is spam. Blocked

You've found the line. Don't cross it again when you come back. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 00:34, September 29, 2009 (UTC)

Dialog-error You have been blocked from editing for three months for vandalism and personal attacks. Don't act like that when you come back or next time it's permanent. To contest this block, please contact the blocking administrator with the reason you believe the block is unjustified. Graestan(Talk) 11:35, October 1, 2009 (UTC)
