Wookiees-Transparent

Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Do not remove talk page and forum comments, including your own, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

For an optimal viewing experience, Wookieepedia recommends using the Monobook skin. For help changing your skin preference, see Help:Skin.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! —1358 (Talk) 21:24, May 9, 2014 (UTC)

Mecu-deru

Stop stating that Mace Windu used mechu-deru. We must only put sourced information on Wookieepedia. Trip391 (talk) 21:39, May 9, 2014 (UTC)

NPA warning

Please see Wookieepedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 19:36, June 6, 2014 (UTC)

Warning

While Wookieepedia does not have a ban on expletives, please make sure that you are familiar with Wookieepedia:Civility, as well as the rest of the site's policies. Comments like the one you made in your edit summary are harmful to the community, and more serious offenses can result in being blocked from editing. Thank you for your cooperation. CC7567 (talk) 01:43, February 6, 2016 (UTC)

  • I'm not sure what point you're trying to make, but Wookieepedia is not a competition. No one gets prizes for adding information, so I hope that you're not being antagonistic toward others just because an article is missing information. CC7567 (talk) 04:06, February 6, 2016 (UTC)
    • It's not the administration's responsibility—or that of any user, for that matter—to keep articles updated. You are welcome to do so yourself as long as your additions adhere to the site's policies. I would advise you to watch your attitude, because being antagonistic toward other users (as is currently the case) isn't productive, nor is it helpful. On a side note, please make sure that any additions to the site's articles are written in past tense and also sourced properly. In addition, please ensure that you sign talk page comments with four tildes (i.e. ~~~~). Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 04:24, February 6, 2016 (UTC)

Re: Good person

I'm assuming your message to me is in reference to me re-adding your additions? If so, Omicron and CC7567 aren't bad people just because Omicron reverted your edits and CC has been explaining Wookieepedia's policies. So far as I'm aware, Omicron isn't familiar with the events of Star Wars Rebels, so he couldn't add the citations for you. You need to ensure that any edit you make is sourced, just like the sourcing I added. CC is also correct to tell you that your attitude in your edit summaries has been unnecessarily antagonist. When you see information that hasn't been added yet, that's not because people have been negligent. There are plenty articles on the site from a lot of sources, both new and old, that don't have fully updated information. When you see that, simply add the information (with sources). Insulting people is not necessary. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 04:44, February 6, 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please note that at least one of your recent additions added information from the wrong continuity to an article. Subjects that exist in both continuities have separate articles for Canon and Legends material, denoted by a banner at the top of each page. In the future, please make sure that you're adding information from the correct continuity to an article. Thanks! BrulesBrules signatureClick here to chat 02:30, June 12, 2016 (UTC)

RE: Canon

If there is no canon tab, and the article is under a Legends banner, then it is not canon. BrulesBrules signatureClick here to chat 03:07, June 12, 2016 (UTC)
