All additions to Wookieepedia must be sourced and attributed to a reliable, official source. Fan fiction is welcome on the Star Wars Fanon Wiki.
As a registered Wookieepedia user, you are entitled to a user page and a unique signature. Eventually you will also gain the right to vote on community matters.
Remember to be nice to your fellow Wookieepedians. Avoid making personal attacks and engaging in edit wars. Using multiple accounts is not allowed.

Maul

Hello, please stop adding this onto the Maul page, it's long been established that simply Maul is his name, we even have the fact he was called Darth Maul once in that exact sentence. It's better to lead off with him simply being Maul, thanks --Lewisr (talk) 21:09, October 9, 2019 (UTC)

Maul specifically said 'formerly Darth now just Maul', that should tell you everything, regardless of how long into his life it happened. He considers himself as just Maul, so should we as well --Lewisr (talk) 21:19, October 9, 2019 (UTC)
- The point is we should lead off with calling him Maul, since that's the page name and regardless of how long he was known as either. It is already mentioned that was known as Darth Maul when he was a dark lord of the Sith --Lewisr (talk) 21:33, October 9, 2019 (UTC)
  - I don't disagree that its not a fact he was called Darth Maul first then simply Maul, what I'm saying is that the fact he was known as Maul last is why we have the page as it is and that's why Maul is named first as that. Think of Kylo Ren, he was born Ben Solo but because he is Kylo Ren at this moment we start off with that, its exactly how the Maul situation is handled, if he turned back to being Ben Solo we would swap it around --Lewisr (talk) 22:02, October 9, 2019 (UTC)
