Hello, the article prevention was created because {{Top}} was missing from the top. I've amended the abusefilter to only warn such actions, not disallow, and it should work regardless now as long as Eras is included. Cheers, 1358 (Talk) 10:52, January 11, 2016 (UTC)

I'm not sure why you felt the need to create Shaina-3, but multiple accounts are not allowed here, particularly when they're used to try and recreate articles that were deleted previously.
