Award Proposal

I have an award proposal on WP:AP that needs some refinement on the image, such as Aurebesh text and lightening. I saw on your userpage that you can read and write it without a chart. I have copied the text on how to upload an image. It's right here: On the sidebar, there should be a section with the name "Toolbox" (located directly under the "Search" box). The third option in that section is "Upload file". Click on that and follow the directions on the screen.

  • Well, I would like to help, but I don't understand the whole uploading thing. I don't know the difference between JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc. and I can't actually type up the Aurebesh, though I can handwrite it. I don't really understand what you mean by lighten it and add Aurebesh text because I don't know what I'm supposed to write. Also, please sign your post so I know who's talking to me and then I can reply on your user page for your personal convenience. Cyfiero II 02:34, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

Revan

Hey, Marco. Thanks for correcting my edit in the opening paragraph. I can't believe I put "as" instead of "a". Anyway, thanks!--Jedi Kasra 23:02, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Skin

You can actually change the skin, by going into preferences>skins and unchecking the see custom skins box. Hope that works for you. -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 23:36, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

Signature policy

Since you were wondering earlier, the signature policy is at Wookieepedia:Signature policy. I think your current sig is well within the requirements, so no worries. (So would your old one, had "Cyfiero II" been your username.) Cheers, —Silly Dan (talk) 01:01, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

Re: Account

I've been a lurker for a while, but officially joined and started contributing in July. Most of my contributions were input on Talk pages and occasional spelling corrections and such, until I started familiarizing myself with the Wiki code format. Once I got to a comfortable level of understanding, I started contributing content to articles, added images, used two templates, and even wrote three articles. I'm still a lil new to the coding, as that has always been me weakness.

'Spite my difficulties with coding (I rely heavily on cheatsheets and examples), I decided that it was time to start playing with the Big Kids and work on a majour article. So, I'm taking on the clean-up, updating, and revising of the Rodian article to get it up to code. According to jSarek and Toprawa and Ralltiir, it needs alot of work, so I'm making it into a personal project. Most of the updates to the article are gonna first be written off-line in a notebook as I reference to sources I own, then in Word as I put together an outline. Then, I'll write up portions of the article in Word and transfer those to the article in several updates. It'll take a while, but worth it to get the article back up to GA standards and beyond (if I can).

Wow, that was rambly... XDD Trak Nar 22:41, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
