Wookiees-Transparent

Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Please do not remove talk page and forum comments, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! —IFYLOFD (You will pay the price for your lack of vision!) 19:33, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

RE: Jedi student

Hi KitFischer. The reason your edits were removed was because they added out-of-universe material to the in-universe parts of the article. You also did not follow the layout guide for the behind the scenes section (i.e. no bullet points). The main part of the text of our articles (i.e. the biographies, powers and abilities) must be written in-universe, which means not mentioning the game in the text. Also, the main part of the text should not include non-canon material. You could certainly add some of that information to the behind the scenes section where non-canon and out-of-universe information may be included, but just remember not to use bullet points. You can find most of our writing policies linked to in the welcome message above, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Cheers, Grunny (Talk) 13:58, January 17, 2010 (UTC)
