Do you have proof of many of these ludicrous "updates"of yours?

You have had a certain awful lot of fun editing Jacen and Vergere, the lot...but...either get the proof and put it in the sources or quit it, and I think its going to be the latter if I have my way...please, wiki's are not fun lands...

  • a) can u plz sign ur comment, so i know who u r,

b) check it, its not just me c) yes, sorry to say, its true http://p105.ezboard.com/funjoefrm107.showMessageRange?topicID=1.topic&start=81&stop=86 page 7 mate. its canon. theres a forum subject on it.

  • Sorry, I don't have a username and can't be bothered with one, so just call me fshy94 or fshy, couldn't care less... but...a forum doesn't count as proof, anybody could post on there and claim to have knowledge, I think that it needs something more real. If you are still convinced of its reality, at least post a note that it is not confirmed and may not be true...because to be honest, I think that would make the dumbest plot I've seen in a star wars book, and as I learned when I believed SuperShadow's first plot "draft" of episode III, the dumbest plot in the world usually means its a fake...sorry to crush your hopes if you really believed that was true... At the very least, post a note at all of your things, because it looks there like someone read off the book and its confirmed.--Fshy94
  • yer..but its not just one person saying this, im not the only one making these edits, and i thought t first it sounded very supershadow like but if you think about it, it does sound like a real plot line.
  • Still don't like it, it sounds too much like an EpIII spinoff(sounds a lot like the Mace/Anakin/Palpatine fun...If it does happen, it will be the worst EU book in existence in my opinion), but I'll just let it be until the 30th...then...time will tell, and chances are I'll be right. I'll give it a 5% chance of likelihood, and I would never read another book by that author again:) So just leave it be, although I would not suggest making more edits, ok? We'll deal with whatever happens later--Fshy94
  • haha, well weve kind adecided that the new spolier tags will be enough, wiki was neevr intended to be spoiler free so....

"chance are i'll be right"? bit nig headed wuldn't u say. like u sed lets wait and see.

All right, fine, I think I'll be right...you can think you're right too far all I care...lol. Glad that's settled between us anyway--Fshy94

lol was it really that big an issue 2 u neway?

  • right well, Fshy now im hoping you have the book and seen i was right, as the mnay othe rpeople were, it would be nice to have an apology? if your not to stubbon.
  • I don't mean to be rude (in fact, I'm atempting to avoid rudness completley) but, when you contribute, could you check your spelling and grammar? It's okay for you to contribute, in fact, I encourage it, but it's somewhat of a pain re-writing what you've already written... Again, sorry if I offended you. -Lord vader1414 01:52, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
    • haha yer i know its preety bad, its my dislexia sorry. but i do try, u didn't offend at all m8. Jedi Dude 10:48, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
      • Oh, well I'm sorry. I should have inquired of you first. Keep going strong my friend, and may the Force be with you! -Lord vader1414 19:37, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

Huh...wow you are right Jedi dude, I do owe you an apology, and sorry...I've been away for a few months now... Still think its a dumb plot but you were right after all...--Fshy94

Timeline

Jenthsenth - These "notes" were added for users to locate unknown battles. I am trying to improve the timeline and I need help from people who can locate battles that I don't know the location of. These were not notes, with the exception of the Kamino note to self.

    • the pages are not there for yo to have notes on, for one it looks highly unprofesional, it woul be better to have the notes on the talk page for instance?Jedi Dude 17:25, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
  • The point I am trying to make is that these are not notes, but battles for the unknown section that I was in the middle of changing when they were erased. Sorry for the note look of them originally, though. I will fix that and then add them. - Jenthsenth
    • The thing is that you can't just add a whole page worth of a list at the bottem of a page, however tempery it is.
  • WHY DID YOU DO THAT??!!! I am trying to improve it and add plenty of information and you just delete it????? That was incredibly rude and uncalled for! Erasing the notes was fine, but just because you don't know about the battles, doesn't mean you should erase them!!!! - Jenthsenth
    • you can simple either restore them through the history, or make notes on your own computer, this is an encylclopedia not somewhere for you to store what you need! i didn't erase any battles either, just tje links on that [age which like i said you can restore if you continue to do things like this ^ and the notes i will inform an admin. Jedi Dude 20:58, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

Okay, I'm sorry, but the purpose of this site is for users to contribute what they know. I am solely doing that. I will not add any more notes, but I do intend to add to the battles. Other people have contributed battles and still not added information on them. I intend to, so could you please not erase the links? I am not trying to be rude, but I am trying very hard to add information to this site with no fanon included.

      • i'l say again, i deleted no links, only what you had placed randomly at the bottem of a page, you cannot just do that. im well aware of the purpose of the site, but there are also rules which should be followed. Jedi Dude 21:08, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

Also, I'm sorry if it came out as aggression, but I felt as though I was not doing anything wrong. Sorry if I have, but please do not delete links to battles that will be explained in the future. I am sorry about the notes as well. - Jenthsenth

  • and sign your posts

P.S. I do not understand what you mean by signing my posts. - Jenthsenth

As to the notes, the Dude is right. As for signing, you do that with this code ~~~~. That creates a automatic signature. If you're registered that signature will contain your user name. If not, it will contain your IP. If you're not registered, I highly recommend that you do so. KEJ 21:23, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

    • yeah, its nice ot be part of such a good community and i hope there isn't any hardship between us because of this mishap. Jedi Dude 21:27, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
    • Yes, I agree. I am sorry if I have angered you in any way. I didn't mean to get angry or make you angry.Jenthsenth 21:32, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

Hey, I've repaired several damages, and I was wondering if I could add an organization system to the unknown battles as well as adding some. It will look a bit different than this, but ... this is it. If you want to delete this off of this page, go ahead. I was just seeing if you agreed with the format. Also feel free to give me suggestions to changing it or making it better. You might want to look at it under edit.Jenthsenth 17:03, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

  • Well in a list format possibly, but seriously all these red links? where are you getting the sources for the battles from? And some of the sames are just not right. 'Jungle Planet lightsaber battle' whens that? If you mean Anakin vs Asaji we already have it, and it was on Yavin. 81.77.142.238 17:16, 18 July 2006 (UTC)
  • They are not all red links. I will link all of them to sources within this wikia. The Jungle planet lightsaber battle is a separate battle. I am already familiar with the one on Yavin IV as well as all of the other battles on your timeline. The ones that aren't linked to sources within this wikia, I will describe ASAP.64.78.84.214 19:00, 18 July 2006 (UTC)
  • I am recently adding battle information to the first year. I plan to add information on battles in the first two year and then add the unknown section battles. Also, do you have a SN on AIM?64.78.84.214 00:57, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
    • only msn, well if you need any help do tell me im quite good with formating etc. Jedi Dude 11:06, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
  • If you could do anything to spice up the articles I've typed, that would be great: Firefight on Bogden's moons, Firefight on Coruscant, and the 3 battles on unknown planets in the Clone Wars Cartoon. If not, that is fine too. Specifically, if you can find pictures, 2 of the unknown planets need them. I am currently adding to all of the battles to get rid of the notice at the top. If you have any information on them, that would be great too (the red ones).64.78.84.214 12:25, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
  • Also, I don't understand the formula thing there. 64.78.84.214 02:47, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
    • what formula thing do you mean? Jedi Dude 10:06, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
  • At the bottom of the timeline it says "insert formula here" 64.78.84.214 15:53, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
    • i've removed it, im not sure what it was so don't worry about it Jedi Dude 17:13, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
  • Okay, I'm trying to fill in 2 entries a day at least. The excess of redlinks will soon be gone. Some days I might do more than 2. Jenthsenth 17:23, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
    • sounds good, i just wonder where you get all these battles from! Jedi Dude 17:24, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
  • Did you want me to tell you where specifically all of them come from? Because if you want me to, I can. Jenthsenth 17:28, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
    • nah, thats fine. I'll help with the articles themselfs once youv'e filled them in. Jedi Dude 17:29, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
  • Okay, if you want a list of articles I have filled in, you can just check under my name. Jenthsenth 17:31, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
  • My main area of interest in Star Wars is the Clone Wars, so I have kept a typed timeline at my house and kept track of as many battles as I could since Ep. II Jenthsenth 17:34, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
  • I've moved the unknown stuff to my talk. It is more organized and you can see it there. Also, do you have an e-mail address. Jenthsenth 18:23, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
    • yep, alexmeacher.savaloy@hotmail.com, im gonna start scanning some images etc for the articles.

Deleting things

Thanks for diligently checking new articles for foolishness that needs to be quickly deleted. A couple of pointers, though: rather than just putting "delete" on the article or on the talk page, try putting Template:Delete, Template:Deletebecause or Template:Nonsense on it, using the following format: {{delete}}, {{deletebecause|(state the reason here)}}, or {{nonsense}}. Additionally, if a user has created a stubby or nonsensical article on a subject which already exists under the correct spelling (for example, an article titled "Princess Leah" or "Hans Solo"), you might want to edit it into a redirect to the proper spelling, or use the {{merge}} or {{mergeto}} templates if the mispelled article contains actual useful information that you don't have time to merge into the main article yourself. Thanks again, —Silly Dan (talk) 20:21, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

    • ok i'll do my best, i just thougt it was easier for someone to see if i have a summary of ban etc. Jedi Dude 20:25, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

Response from a forum page

  • Jedi Dude, what title would you prefer for one who has 1) no prior wiki experience, 2) <1000 edits, 3) No incredibly astonishing new articles, 4) Is a noob editor who feels he has to ask for help every 5 minutes? Atarumaster88 19:10, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
    • doesn't mean your a no body, everybody has to start somewhere, shouldn't put yourself down Jedi Dude 22:29, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

Toy? return

I needed that for my page. it was a link to show whomever a picture of the toy i listed. It wasn't ment as a set-back thing. sorry. --jabbathehuttgartogg

  • The other picture I posted before I got the first message. Take'em down. i wasn't meaning to cause trouble. --jabbathehuttgartogg
    • if it was for your user page there was no need to create an article for it, you just needed to upload the picture in question Jedi Dude 20:25, 6 August 2006 (UTC)

Wiping Talk - return

Was I warned about it the first time? I didn't know that was bad. I'm trying NOT to Vandalize or anything, it was a mistake.I'm learning from my mistakes and getting used to this. Sorry though. -- jabbathehuttgartogg

+ - ** no i thought it was a msitake the first time so i reverted it, don't worry about it i know your not a vandal. Don't be sorry Jedi Dude 20:24, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

  • Thanks. That's a releif. Your more than likely gonna find me in alot of the Hutt articles. I'm gonna constintly update Jabba and some of the Gamorreans. I'm adding alot and Converting the red links to blue. but it will take time. I'm gonna make jabba a FA article. Then your objection will be out dated. Thanks -- jabbathehuttgartogg
    • i look forward to that Jedi Dude 20:48, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

Jabba Article

  • So it's easier for me to spell check, will you allow me to copy the article on Microsoft Word, Spell check and paste it back? Thanks.jabbathehuttgartogg
    • can't see why not, copy though don't cut, make sure the format remains the sameand stuff Jedi Dude 21:53, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
  • Did I get everything? If I didn't tell me were there most mistakes are and I'll Fix it right away!! jabbathehuttgartogg
    • looks much better! in the future have a closer look at what your submitting to avoid these kind of mistakes! =] il remove the tag now Jedi Dude 22:11, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
  • Thanks, but can't promise it won't happen again. But I will look through it closer next time. jabbathehuttgartogg

Art of the Deal

OK. I've worked hard on it, and I don't want anyone to delete it. I summerized all the art of the deal stories in one section. I've cleared up most of the red links. I'm now gonna go for Shadows of the Empire. I did my best. -- jabbathehuttgartogg

Legacy of The Force: Bloodlines

Hi Jedi Dude. I have read the plot section on Legacy of The Force: Bloodlines and I was wondering if you can please tell me what does Jacen have to do in order to become a Sith Lord and if Han, Leia, and Mara know that Jacen has gone dark. Lieutenant Colonel Solo (Rogue Squardon Personnel) 20px 01:04, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

    • Mara's view on Jacen is complex, so far i've seen her get even more attached to the idea of him becoming Ben's master, and Luke's views are quite the opposite, Han actually disowns Jacen in a sort of way as the novel continues, Im not really that sure about Leia to be honest. Jedi Dude 09:33, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

  • Thank you. It's a big turn-around then my last one. Hope your not offended, but mabey you should add some more things to your page. thanks again, Bud. --Jabbathehuttgartogg DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile 22:43, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

Wookiepedian of the mounth

  • next mounth, when there is a new nomination going on, would you think I'd be eligable to be honored that title? --Jabbathehuttgartogg DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile 22:26, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
    • Im not sure, i mean you've done alot but you really havn't been around that long but i don't see any reason why you shouldn't nominate yourself. Jedi Dude 08:37, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
  • Sure, I'll wait a bit though. I have a BIG article on Star Wars action figures which will boost me up. --Jabbathehuttgartogg DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile 12:38, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
    • Well remember theres alot of users that are not to fond or toy articles etc Jedi Dude 14:07, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
  • I'm not getting any negitivity, and a user has helped me (Redemption - !!). So I dubt an article on Hasbro's toy Line is gonna attract too much (Pardon my french) Helldogs who will rip it to peices (No offence, but it's true).

Anyway, I've worked on the Hutt articles more than almost anyone. That is the Good part. From what I heard, what I've done to Jabba in the past MOUNTH, they couldn't do for a whole YEAR. If I can say, Lucas could've done more with Jabba. Jabba could've had connections with the trade Fed., Took in Boba after the Geonosis attack. Dooku, more than anyone, Should've had a connection with him. And in ROTJ, If Darth Vader knew that Luke was at Jabba's Vader could've taken Luke from Jabba, and Jabba wouldn't've died. In that, I could add soooooooooo much more to him then the Jabba tape and Zorba's revenge. And by the way, I was at a comic shop asking about a Hutt in AOTC. He happened to be a SW freak and genius and said YES. He says it was, one of my favorite Hutts, Queen Jool, if you don't know her , but she owns Rik's Cantina on the planet Coruscant. I'd like to think it's true, but the guy's a phyco. --Jabbathehuttgartogg DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile 14:21, 30 August 2006 (UTC)

    • You would like to think what is true? Yer i do know her i preety well no everyone :P Jedi Dude 15:24, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
  • This went into a whole other conversation. I'll nominate myself when it is right. --Jabbathehuttgartogg DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile 19:33, 30 August 2006 (UTC)

Argument

  • It wasn't an argument. It was me telling him I'm no twit. That went too far. That doesn't EVER happen and I'm very embarresed. If there wasn't a rule about wiping talk, It'd be gone in a snap. Sorry if I sounded rude. I'm never like that and don't want you thinking anything DIF. --Jabbathehuttgartogg DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile 00:01, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
    • i know your not but you shouldn't of let yourself get offended, it has in no way made me feel less of you but you shouldn't let yourself get involved, not on a nomination page! Jedi Dude 11:06, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

Mr/Ms Star wars

Hi, the Mr/Ms Star Wars pages are now up an running. You said you'd like to help. You can help by making sure the galleries and lists are keps alphabetically, and by removing invalid votes... and of course by adding candidates and voting yourself. KEJ 11:50, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

Hey Jedi Dude

Hi Jedi dude thanks for telling me about the ms/mr star wars . I know my grammar isn't the best. i type pretty fast on a very, very small laptop so it may not help my grammar a lot. i'll type slower to help people understand. don't worry your not first one to tell me about my grammar. also about the senate hall stuff, i don't really know where else to ask this stuff. so i'll stop. i ask it not for attention, but because i'm very curious. because these are topics i just would like to know anwsers to, but i guess i have to wait. bye --Darth tader 19:38, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

Hi jedi dude or whatever, you like star wars, then your a geek.

    • dude, i m just kidding, chill out!
      • Hey, I like Star Wars too, and I was a geek even before I liked Star Wars, and I'm PROUD TO BE A GEEK!!! CAUSE GEEKS RUUUUUUULE!!! Eh heh heh. LOL

FA

Your objections to "Panaka" on the FAC page do not conform with the legitimate reasons for objecting. If you could just review your objection and either alter it or remove it, it would be much appreciated. "Not long enough" is not a legitimate objection - "Not comprehensive" is. .... 22:02, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

    • I think what i've said is fine tbh, i meant his chracters role was to short to have a comprehensive anough article or FA status, at the moment. Jedi Dude 23:09, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
      • Well, that is irrelevant to the FA process - an FA must be comprehensive, yes, but that just means that it covers all of the possible sources. .... 07:16, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
