Knowledge bank

If you have general questions about the Star Wars universe, please don't post in the mainspace. Please post in the Knowledge Bank. Cade GalacticRepublicEmblem-Traced-TORkit Calrayn 02:09, December 7, 2013 (UTC)

Talk pages

Thanks for contributing to Wookieepedia! Before posting talk page comments, please familiarize yourself with the disclaimer at the top of talk pages, {{Talkheader}}. Talk pages are for discussion relating to changes to the article, not for a discussion about the topic in question. Thank you. Trip391 (talk) 20:46, December 8, 2013 (UTC)

Re: Help

Use the Knowledge Bank as Cade said. Trip391 (talk) 20:53, December 8, 2013 (UTC)

  • Do you see how Knowledge bank is highlighlighted twice above? That is a link. Click that, and ask your question there like you did on the SH page. Trip391 (talk) 21:02, December 8, 2013 (UTC)

Advice

IG, please do not use the KB when you have questions regarding an article's topic. Those are not meant for the KB, but rather for the article's talk page. Furthermore, do not create nonsensical threads in the consensus track, as it is meant for policy change discussions, not for general discussion. Thanks, JangFett (Talk) 13:43, December 24, 2013 (UTC)

  • (apologies for the intervention) As JangFett already stated, you may use the respective article's talk page although that isn't likely to give you any quick results. Best choice would probably be visiting the Jedi Council forums where you can discuss it furthermore with lesser restrictions. Winterz (talk) 15:09, December 24, 2013 (UTC)
    • If you feel as if the talk page discussion is valid and doesn't go against our talk page policy, then you may dispute it. Questions regarding canon and issues within the article can be asked in a talk page. The difference is that you cannot talk about the article in general. A forum would be your best option there, as Winterz said above. JangFett (Talk) 15:22, December 24, 2013 (UTC)

The Force Unleashed

Do you see any non canon templates on the Force Unleashed articles? Trip391 (talk) 15:04, December 24, 2013 (UTC)

  • I don't know how to answer a question in works, but if an article does not state that its contents are non-canon, in a big template that is pretty hard to miss at the top of the article, then it is canon. Trip391 (talk) 15:11, December 24, 2013 (UTC)
    • Also, Starkiller was directly referenced in one of the recent blogs on StarWars.com, so he's definitely canon. Cade GalacticRepublicEmblem-Traced-TORkit Calrayn 15:12, December 24, 2013 (UTC)

Personal attacks

Please see Wookieepedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Trip391 (talk) 15:15, December 24, 2013 (UTC)

Response to Starkiller question

Starkiller is considered part of canon. He is mentioned in the Essential Reader's Companion and recently in an official star wars blog, Despoilers of an Empire Part 2. Merry Christmas!!Darth Pickle 2 (talk) 16:49, December 24, 2013 (UTC)
