GA objections

I believe I have fixed your GA objections to Nil Spaar and Q9-X2. Please let me know what you think. Thanks. Chack Jadson (Talk) 23:05, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

  • Per IRC convo: Good start but still some stuff left to fix.--Goodwood 20px (For the Rebellion!) 23:34, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
    • Tried to fix the prose of Nil Spaar. If it's still not satisfactory, could you give me some examples of parts where it reads bad? Thanks. Chack Jadson (Talk) 20:02, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
      • Gave you a freebie, struck and voted. There's potential for an FA here, but you'll really need to do a number on the article to get it past the Inqs.--Goodwood 20px (For the Rebellion!) 23:33, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

FA

Can you check the nom made of wood? --Eyrezer 10:03, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Re: Wampa

Yeah, I've got about that much info included into the article, which is what I was able to get from the Databank. But from what I've been able to gather from articles on here, I think there's some information concerning the illegality of hunting them that I still want to add. Toprawa and Ralltiir 05:49, 22 December 2007 (UTC)

  • If worse comes to worst, I can have a(n unpleasant) dig through Darksaber for you to grab any needed specifics.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 06:10, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
    • Only if you really feel compelled to do so. I do own a copy of the book, and it's definitely on my list of things to read, especially per this wampa project, so I'm going to get to it eventually. Toprawa and Ralltiir 06:56, 22 December 2007 (UTC)

Happy Gift Day!

Graestan would like to wish you a Merry Christmas!

I'd like to thank you all for the friendship, guidance, and support you've given me in the past year. Were it not for people like you, Wookieepedia would not be the success it has become. Keep up the good work! -- Graestan(Talk) 18:36, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

Help!

Hey, lmao at the milk quote and the Mission Vao 18 related boxes! Love 'em! hey, could you please tell me how to do them boxes, 'cos I really have no idea! thanks!

--Darth tom 19:59, 5 January 2008 (UTC) User talk:Darth tom

  • Heh, thanks mate. All you have to do is click the edit tab for my userpage and then copy out the source code for each userbox (they're the bits of code that come between { { and } } like for template tags - be sure to include the brackets though and don't save anything). Then just paste them into your user page. If you need any other help I can attempt to add them to your userpage myself, though that kind of thing is frowned upon here.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 22:13, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks!

Thnak you! As you can see, I have managed to include these in my userpage, and your custom 'Mission Vao' etc. ones were invaluable in helping me to make my own custom ones. You might want to take a look..... some of them are your style!

Shoto

Oh, um...actually I was saying that short lightsabers and shotos might not be the same thing. Short lightsaber being lightsabers with shorter hilts while shotos being lightsabers with very short blades...

But I think the revise was good. Though actually another user asked me to find some sources that prove whether short lightsabers and shotos are the same thing. Thanks, still. Cyfiero 04:51, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Eh, glad you liked the revision. Ultimately I want to improve that article further; despite the fact there doesn't seem to be a canon source that defines shotos and short lightsabers as being the same thing, there isn't anything that contradicts it. Therefore it's probably a safe assumption to make. I'll ask around, however, and try to get confirmation.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 21:53, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
    • Well, an observation from another Wookieepedian was that the short lightsabers, which were named in KotOR and KotOR II, were 25% shorter than the regular lightsaber in terms of blade and hilt. But I think I agree with you that shotos are the evolution of short lightsabers. So I guess they are basically the same thing. However, would that mean we would have to revise the article a little bit to mention that the Jedi Civil War era used short lightsabers, an earlier type of shotos, that were approx. 25% shorter at the blade and hilt than regular lightsabers? Thanks for your help btw. Cyfiero 05:30, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
      • You're welcome. Insofar as your idea, it would probably be a mistake to include it in the article itself. While such a logical deduction may seem appropriate in the terms of a debate, in an encyclopedic article it would seem to be too far on the speculative side given the lack of corroborative canon works (in other words, it could be seen as OR).--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 22:31, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

May peace reign

Hey, I certainly meant no personal disrespect by any of that. As I said, I respect you, and, along with Graestan, consider you one of the users around here who I "know" best, even though we've really had little interaction in my short time here. Hopefully, any future differences we have with each other can be used constructively to create success. =) Toprawa and Ralltiir 04:20, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

  • I'd certainly like for that to happen, and personally have no beef with you. However, being the person that I am, there's gotta be something said in regards to what led up to the events of last night...this is just my humble opinion so take it as you will, but you do seem to have been borrowing an awful lot of trouble for yourself on the FAN page. I won't presume to lecture you on what's been going on or what you should do about it, but let's just say that there are better ways to get involved with the community. Of course, this is coming from a user who has borrowed his own share of trouble in his own time. ;-) Chalk it up to personal experience if you will.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 13:16, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Think you could make this clearer/darker and reupload? File:Gunganconcept.jpg Let me know. Thanks. Graestan(Talk) 05:31, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

Re: Wookieeproject Knights of the Old Republic

Hey, glad to hear the news. Yeah, I'll continue working as part of the team. I can't upload any pics, because I don't know how, but I do have some good suggestions for pics, I usually go around and try to word the articles better. Glad to be a part of the team. Please leave me a message on my talk page.--Jedi Kasra 21:45, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

  • I don't have time to devote a lot of stuff to the project but I'll continue updating stuff from the comics when I get them. Kuralyov 14:21, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
  • It's done. I put myself down as a project editor. By the way, thanks for inviting me to an IRC meeting, but I only have dial-up, so.--Jedi Kasra 22:11, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

Behind the scenes

On flight school, you removed bullet points from Bts. I can't find this on Wookification or Wookieepedia:Manual of Style. Can you point me to where it's been established as a style mandate? Thanks! --McEwok 02:02, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

  • It's generally by consensus that bullet points in the BtS of an article = bad and sloppy. Just look at the FAN history of just about any featured article. Besides, what's wrong with having paragraphs?--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 02:06, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Fair enough. Whose "consensus", though? I think they help to distinguish Bts visually, and keeps the focus on factoids rather than argument, which is why I use them. --McEwok 04:38, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
    • It's a general consensus of many, as spearheaded by Graestan. Bulletpoints fall under the unofficial, no-no category of "trivia". Don't put things into lists you can put into prose. If you want to distinguish the BTS, create subcategories like you would in the body of an article. Toprawa and Ralltiir 04:44, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
  • "a general consensus of many"? Isn't that cognitive-bias speak for "the opinion I agree with"? Stripping out loaded terms like "trivia" and "lists".... well, what follows is just MY opinion, of course, but I don't see what's wrong with bullets. Shouldn't Bts be parsed down to a minimal sequence of simple statements, with as little fanboy input as possible, apart from summarising continuity inconsistencies? Information is important here, I'd say, not prose. I'm curious why people disagree....
  • And I don't see how making Bts more like the body of an article would distinguish it from the article, which was the point I was aiming for. Sorry if that wasn't clear....
  • But, while I'm here - Goodwood, did you write training squadron mainly from memory, or did you go back to the books much for details? --McEwok 05:10, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

Article suggestions

Hey, Goodwood. Why don't we create a couple articles detailing Revan's time on Dantooine and Tatooine?--Jedi Kasra 10:33, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Eh, I'm not sure that'd be notable enough, really, and besides, Jedi Civil War will cover those times. Some fanwank actually made Mission to Dantooine/Tatooine articles (which I marked for speedy deletion), but they were basically crap. If you'd like to see what I'm up to insofar as re-featuring Jedi Civil War, see [[User:Goodwood/Project Destiny|this page]].--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 12:30, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Very impressive. Will this replace the old info in the article? I can see that it's not complete yet, but so far, so good. Just that according to the Essential Guide to the Force, Revan and Malak became Dark Jedi in 3,961 BBY, then they delved into Korriban's tombs and Revan became the Dark Lord with Malak as his apprentice, it doesn't give any credit to Malachor V anywhere. I don't remember exactly what it says, I'll have to read it again. Also, I would like to talk to you about a few things concerning Revan, and Mandalore.--Jedi Kasra 23:57, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
    • Okay, thanks for that—one more thing for me to think about (though KotOR II strongly implies that Revan went dark because of his experience on Malachor V). As to that page, when it's done it will be pasted over the entirety of the "regular" article. So, what did you have in mind (bearing that I've not read the KotOR comics)?--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 00:01, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Yeah, according to the Knights of the Old Republic Handbook, it says this {note: this is the best quote I can do since this isn't actually quoted from a person}

"While Republic officials are unsure whether the Mandalore they face now is the Taung soldier that replaced Mandalore the Indomitable years ago --or another successor who took his name and mask..."

  • Basically saying, until it's actually proven whether this Mandalore is good ol' Ultimate, we shouldn't treat this one like he is, so I guess I'm asking if we can change the title of the Mandalore the Ultimate article, into something like, "Mandalore (Mandalorian Wars)", or something. I'll talk to you about Revan, my idea could just be speculation on my part, but I just wanted to see if you'd listen to it. Also, I was wondering if you could go to Talk: Jedi Crusader and vote in a poll on whether to merge the article with the Revanchist (faction) article. Just to let you know, you accidently put "Catheras" for Cathar, so when people click on the misspelling it will still direct them to the Cathar, but.--Jedi Kasra 00:15, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
    • Err, yeah...again, I've not read the comics or the Handbook myself, so I don't really feel qualified to vote in either of those polls. I am, however, somewhat intimately familiar with the stories from both KotOR video games, and therein lies my strength. I do have both the EGTTF and the NEC, though. Anyway, thanks for the tip.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 00:46, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Okay. Now, for the speculation on Revan. The Knights of the Old Republic Handbook says this:

"Repubilc media played up the internal dispute -- although the efforts of the "Jedi's own crusader" to win followers were initially treated as a curiosity."

  • This could indicate that Revan was a young man and not someone already in his early-to-mid-twenties, and it could also indicate that Revan did not persuade that many Jedi to follow him to war. We could possibly put this in the "Behind the Scenes" section of the article. Your thoughts? Oh, by the way, glad to be on the team. Please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong, article-wise.--Jedi Kasra 01:35, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Uh, you are joking, right? That was just a theory. I mean, if I am, thanks! Like I said, just let me know if I'm doing something wrong.--Jedi Kasra 01:16, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
    • Oh, it's no joke. You seem to have all the sources, and as long as you don't engage in speculation and OR within the articles you edit, I don't mind having my work checked over by you. Don't be surprised if you're asked to copyedit an article, either. :-) (grumbles about lack of emoticons for talk pages)...Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 04:01, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

Battle of Korriban

Hey, you might want to check out my changes on the Battle of Korriban article. Cheers. Stake black msg 17:37, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Sorry mate, but from a cursory glance, you've still got a ways to go. There's a bunch of one-sentence paragraphs that could be merged, etc., and the images need to be re-placed to follow the right-left-right-left pattern of most other articles. Not to mention the intro is still way too short.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 17:51, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
    • Right, but do you feel that the Prelude section has a fair size? Stake black msg 17:55, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
      • It's better, but still not quite up to scratch. By the way, links in quotations within articles, be it in the quote or the attribution, should be removed/not added. A question: when was the last time you played this mission within the game?--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 18:03, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
        • Wow, really? Okay about the quotation thing :) Oh, quite a while. I don't have the game anymore, which makes things really hard. I tryed to avoid the whole "maze" thing while Jaden is progressing through the temple chambers and such. Stake black msg 18:19, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
          • Hate to say this bud, but I strongly suggest re-acquiring the game and replaying it before you do anything else with that article. Otherwise it's rather pointless to continue your GA attempt, because you don't really have any way to verify what exactly happens.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 18:22, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Cassus Fett, and Boba and Jango

Where is the source that says that they are related? As far as I know that is only speculation at this point, like Zavol Shan being related to Bastila Shan, or Lando Calrissian being related to Galduran Calrissian.--Jedi Kasra 22:13, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

  • If there isn't one, remove it. I hate those kinds of ancestral speculations with the burning passion of a thousand suns, so don't hesitate to do what must be done. Show no mercy, Lord Vader.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 22:16, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

AJP-400 Hush-About personal jet pack

After reading the link given to me by you in regards to the above article, I fail to see what you mean by it. Also, it's almost a word for word out of the Galladinium's Fantastic Technology book. Any insight would be helpful. Also, please keep in mind that I just joined yesterday and I'm still very much a n00b.Kalisa 01:43, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Kalisa

  • The fact that it's written word-for-word from the source is where you falter; this is a violation of copyright policy. Here at Wookieepedia, our job is to catalog, in an encyclopedic manner the many facets of the Star Wars universe. Check some other, related articles for the ideal way to write up this particular one. Hope that helps...and hope that you didn't take the template's wording personally.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 01:47, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
    • Just so that I understand you... We must rewrite everything regardless of the source?? I mentioned above that it's almost word for word. Granted there's a few sentences in there that I just typed out, but instead I need to get in the habbit of totally rewriting everything I post?? Please let me know...Kalisa 01:59, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Kalisa
      • Yep, that's about the size of it.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 02:01, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
        • Okiedokie, thanks for the info!! Will I be able to simply remove what you posted at the top when I've done that? Also, sorry to be such a pain =( Kalisa 02:03, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Kalisa
          • Nah, it's no trouble at all. Once you've reformatted the article you're free to remove the advisory template. Good luck, and welcome to Wookieepedia!--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 02:04, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
            • Thanks so much ^^ Kalisa 02:11, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Kalisa

Hi

1. How the heck do I contact you?

2. A the top of your page it says " You can type this shit, but you sure as hell can't say it ". But I got a warning for typing "inaproprite" stuff on my page!

Your fan (God I hate Karen Traviss!),

HK-47Lives

  • Well friend, hate to break it to you but the warning had little to do with the language so much as the content of your userpage. The purpose of these pages is to share who we are and what we do, not to post incoherent rants. While I'm glad you hold me in such high esteem, I cannot support this type of, to be blunt, userpage garbage. There are, however, ways to contribute positively to Wookieepedia; thank you and have a nice day.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 00:08, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

Is there any way that anoyne can move this talk page, Talk:The Revanchist, to the Talk:Revan/Legends archives?--Jedi Kasra 20:24, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

  • To be honest, I have no idea. You'd probably be better off asking an Admin...sorry.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 20:26, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Statement: Hello, Goodwood. I am acting on the request I put forth earlier regarding the article.
  • Query: Would you be able and willing to recapture an image for the Maps on Kashyyyk, Manaan and Korriban for me?
  • Presumption: I'm certain you do not need to much motivation to play through KotOR.
  • Comment: Thanks, Goodwood. Master Aban Fiolli {Alpheridies University ComNet} 18:52, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

Sure mate, I'd be happy to.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 23:42, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

  • Obvious understatement: You are awesome, Goodwood. Thank you very much! Master Aban Fiolli {Alpheridies University ComNet} 04:03, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
    • Thanks mate, it was a pleasure to help. Oh, by the way, did a bit of rewriting and tweaking for you; the article now has a two-paragraph intro that seems to flow a bit better, in addition to a few tweaks to Description and Function. Hope you don't mind.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 12:05, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  • No worries, man. I really appreciate the help. Seriously. I touched up a couple of things just for the sake of tone and consistency of such. Some words (like "mindwiped") I tried to avoid for the merit of their connotations in spite of their accuracy. Honestly, though, I hope I wasn't competing with you over the last few minutes. :) 'Been waiting for you on the IRC… You coming in tonight? We need to bug Ataru to get on the objections so we can move this (and Citadel Station) along. :) Master Aban Fiolli {Alpheridies University ComNet} 03:41, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
    • Nah, this isn't a competition. :-) Unfortunately, though, I've sworn off IRC for the foreseeable future, so you'll have to be the one to bug Ataru. Citadel Station just needs to be queued as an FA...I'd do it but it's my nom so it'd be a little suspect... wink wink...--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 04:09, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

Jedi Civil War

Hey, Goodwood. When is your work on the Jedi Civil War gonna go on the article? Just curious. Also, I was wondering if you'd like to use this image of Malak in his section of the article.--Jedi Kasra 01:05, 7 February 2008 (UTC) thumb|left|190px

  • It'll go in when it goes in. :) BTW, thanks for that Malak image...I won't put in his section, but there's another place for it that it will go...and as a much better option, too!--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 01:09, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
    • I take that back...unfortunately it doesn't fit where I want it to go (was thinking of the article's current incarnation rather than the project page). The simpler Malak picture works better for "his section" because it's only an overview of him during the war; like the other characters, his picture is only a bust (the exception being Vandar, but he's so short, who's counting?). Sorry.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 01:12, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
  • Oh, by the way, Ataru helped me merge the "Jedi Crusader" article to the Revanchist (faction) article. Check it out if you like!--Jedi Kasra 01:17, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Sharina Fizark

You think it would be O.K. if the title was changed to say, "Sharina Nal Fizark"? If Revan confronts the three Gammoreans about her husband's death after he sells her the wraid plate, he refers to her as "Sharina Nal". Case in point: Leia Organa Solo, Tendra Risant Calrissian, etc.--Jedi Kasra 03:34, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

  • Hmmm, that's an interesting theory, but unless we have proof that Nal is her maiden name (heh heh), then it'd be better to just put a note explaining the discrepancy in the Behind the Scenes section.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 23:48, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

Garbage Man

250px|thumb|right|Garbage Man of Wookieepedia, no? I, Graestan the Mighty, hereby award you, Goodwood the Sordid, with the honorary, sanitary, and custodial title of Garbage Man of Wookieepedia for your tireless, thankless, filthy, and distasteful work finding and nominating suitable candidates for deletion through the trash compactor process. It is my fondest wish that you continue to to seek out pure crap, particularly that of the non-canon and out-of-universe varieties, for users to howl about in a forum and administrators to delete with glee. The Jedi might have their Sword, and the Emperor his Hands; we're quite content here with our Garbage Man. Graestan(Talk) 04:35, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

  • Awww, thanks Grae! You're too kind! But really, it's kind of fun...you never know what gems you can find while sifting through filth. :-D--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 04:37, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

Wookieeproject:Knights of the Old Republic project page

Hey,Goodwood, I like the new project infobox and, of course, the new discussion forums, on the page. I added Graestan on the userbox under the "Participants" section. Should I put the positions each user has, such as your being the project lead, on there?--Jedi Kasra 03:45, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

  • Thanks for adding Graestan, and glad you like the updates. No, it shouldn't really be necessary to add the positions to the infobox, as they're there in the members section. BTW, I'd like to start organizing the team a bit more, for example putting someone on character articles, someone on location articles, and another on event articles, as well as picking out editors, etc.. Will start a forum on that soon.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 03:48, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
  • That's a good idea. It'll give the editors things to do without everyone of us having to worry about covering all of the articles related to the project. I myself am better at character articles than I am at, say, vehicle articles such as the Ebon Hawk or the Leviathan.--Jedi Kasra 04:17, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
  • Bit late.. but I'd still like to do this whole project (Back after a year almost, hehe). Didn't know where else to put this so.. here it is. Jinko 15:53, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
    • No worries at all mate, glad to have you aboard! Don't hesitate to use the discussion forum on the project page to co-ordinate what you'd like to do for the Project.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 21:12, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

Help!!!! Image Icon and Talk superscript that follows your signature

Dear, Goodwood

Please, could tell me how to add the image icon and Talk superscript after my signature, like your is?, Also could you explain how to upload images as well?

Sprucing up Rodian article, need some input...

In an effort to cite damn near everything, I'm writing up outline after outline to keep track of everything. Right now, I'm trying to detail the variations in spine volume, size, pigment, and even placement and listed individuals with those variations as examples. To keep it accurate, I need to confirm a coupla people, so I'm gonna post a portion of my notes. NOTE: I haven't a single clue at the moment how to properly make a bulleted list in WikiCode... If you know how to make one, feel free to fix up my notes into a nice, neat, space-saving bulleted list.

  • Skin pigment variations common.
    • Blue, grey, orange, purple, red
      • Evo the Blue (blue skin)(NOTE: I may update his image to one of him that is actually blue.)
      • Unnamed Rodian Sith (red skin)
      • Breedo (blue skin)
    • Albinos uncommon (Jannik the White)
    • Birthmarks common (Navik the Red)
  • Spine variations common.
    • Narrow band of short spines most common
    • Narrow band of long spines in some individuals
    • Broad bush of spines
    • Variations in spine pigment: Reddish-orange
    • Hair, instead of spines (grows along spine ridge)
      • More common in females (Greeata Jendowanian, Neela)
      • Males can grow hair (Evo the Blue)
      • Females often shave off hair to disguise gender (NEGtAS)
    • Older males grow spines along the jawline.

Anywho, is there anyone I forgot? Anyone I confused with another Rodian? Should I even worry about this stuff for the article? Trak Nar 04:09, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

  • Wow, that's certainly an interesting notation you've assembled. Generally-speaking, however, this kind of stuff could be put firmly into the "going overboard" category. Take a look at other species articles, such as Carosite, Elom and others that are already featured, and review their layout so as to get an idea from them where you want to go with this. Rodian is an important species, and bringing it up to FA standards will go a long way toward learning the ropes and establishing yourself as a user.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 04:16, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
    • Heh, yeah, I tend to go overboard... When I start actually rewording and rewriting, the notes will prolly be condensed into a paragraph as a general overview. I'd better prolly nix what I just added to my notes about the slight variations in pigment (Pax Bonkik's yellow snout) and forget about Sidewa's lack of spines... XD

Hrm, 'spite all the other sources in which Rodians are seen off-world quite a bit, the current version of the article says that they're "rarely seen off-world." I'm tempted to nix that outta the article completely as other sources contradict it. Rodians are freakin' EVERYWHERE! The abundance of 'em in off-world locations in the films contradicts that "strict emigration policy." Trak Nar 04:32, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

  • Heh, yeah that's canon for you, full of contradictions. My suggestion would be to keep the bit about the emigration policy in the article, adding a "Rodians in the galaxy" section, and to make a notation of the discrepancy in the Behind the scenes section. Hope that helps.--Goodwood 20px (Alliance Intelligence) 20:59, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
