Lightsabers

The parts found in the game are named like that, not Malicos lightsabers--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 22:47, January 7, 2020 (UTC)

Darth Vader 18

I mean nothing in the comic says it doesn't take place before issue 19. Is there any reason to assume it doesn't take place before issue 19? --Lewisr (talk) 17:22, August 29, 2020 (UTC)

  • From what I can see it says 'Soon after', though what does soon/shortly after really mean? --Lewisr (talk) 18:05, August 29, 2020 (UTC)

Arkanis Sector

Hello. I noticed your recent contribution to Trask, and while I'm glad that you're trying to help out, it is an assumption that the Razor Crest uses an older or different system than other ships. As such, I'm going to ask that you revert your edit or provide evidence that the Crest uses a different system. Thank you. VergenceScatter (talk) 16:13, 10 November 2020 (UTC)

  • Whether it is an older system is irrelevant since we know it's a different system due to it being shown plainly point blank in the episode having different jurisdictional borders than the accepted Galaxy map of that region. The Sectors on his map don't match up with the Sectors we use here. And how should we determine in the first place which quote by Sedaris' character is more reliable? "One Sector over" can easily be a figure of speech, while "It's in the same sector trailing one system" is a more absolute. Falcon9DarkJedi (talk) 16:25, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
    • Either way, it's a contradiction, so you can't choose one that is correct over the other. We're going to have to wait until another source firmly establishes what sector Trask is in. VergenceScatter (talk) 17:04, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
      • But we can because we have evidence in the episode in the form of the map that gives context for one of those statements.Falcon9DarkJedi (talk) 17:08, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
        • Again, though, it is not clear that the map is different than any other map. Even if you were to use the map as a source, your reference note still relies upon unverified information. VergenceScatter (talk) 17:10, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
          • We know the map is different because we already have a canon Grid map of the galaxy that is accepted by the community. We already know the canon geography of the Arkanis Sector and the map in the show doesn't match. My claim relies upon the fact that the map is different then what's accepted, and I have shown that.Falcon9DarkJedi (talk) 17:19, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
            • The fact that the map looks different doesn't necessarily mean anything. There are plenty of maps of Earth that look different from each other. So unless there is something that specifically states that the map is different/older/inaccurate, you can't assume that it is. VergenceScatter (talk) 17:26, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
  • Hey, I would suggest at this point to not keep adding about the Arkanis sector, we currently have no absolute confirmation that Maldo Kreis is indeed in the Arkanis sector --Lewisr (talk) 22:05, 15 November 2020 (UTC)
    • You could join the Wookieepedia discord if you have an account. I'm afraid I'm not massively knowledgeable in the technical stuff to judge for sure, but as Vergence said above it doesn't necessarily mean it --Lewisr (talk) 22:23, 15 November 2020 (UTC)
