Edit summaries
I honestly don't care what your thoughts are on spelling mistakes or whatnot, so please keep them out of the edit summaries. The edit summaries are there for you to let the community know what you did/changed/added (However, feel free to leave your edit summary blank if all you have is something smart to say). Edit summaries are not there for "Wow, people refuse to accept that Palpatine was the most powerful, but they miss spelling mistakes?" Understood? No one is perfect, including yourself, so don't jump on users, even inadvertently like you did in that edit summary, for an honest mistake. It's a wiki, spelling mistakes are inevitable. Understood, I realize my remarks were tactless and unthoughtful. Thank you for bringing the error of my ways to my attention. --Exor 21:58, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
Recent edit in Palpatine article
It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from an article. Please be careful not to remove content from Wookieepedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. (e.g. the reason you gave in your edit summary was not a valid one). —GethralkinHyperwave 19:16, May 30, 2012 (UTC)
Second Warning
Please do not remove content from Wookieepedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. (The material is still canon regardless of your opinion concerning its point of view.) —GethralkinHyperwave 12:18, May 31, 2012 (UTC)
Warning
| User warning: Rejection of Star Wars canon.
Palpatine was NOT the most powerful Sith Lord, but ONE OF the most powerful Sith Lords. Continuing to change this goes against NPOV. You have been warned multiple times.. Period. If you continue to attempt to contradict this canonical fact, you will be banned. Your input might be more welcome at the Star Wars Fanon Wiki. |
- You are not an admin, and thus have no power to warn me over something that IS canonical. --Exor (talk) 19:36, June 14, 2013 (UTC)
Palpatine
I don't know why you have some weird fascination with Palpatine, but he was not the MOST powerful Sith Lord. You've been warned before over changing it to your own personal view. Anything that ever stated he was the most powerful is outdated, which you've been told, and from a time when he was the only Sith Lord. There are many more Sith Lords now, which one is the most powerful, who knows. But we have to remain neutral when writing articles. Articles have to be written without bias. Saying that Palpatine is the most powerful is in no way neutral, and would make the article biased towards Palpatine. Continuing to change the article to your own personal view is wrong, and also constitutes an edit war. A needless edit war at that. Trip391 (talk) 12:59, June 15, 2013 (UTC)
| User warning: Three-Revert Rule.
You have come close to violating, or have already violated, the Three-Revert Rule. If you continue to edit-war, an administrator will block you from editing. Please reconsider your approach, and pay attention to the advice others provide. |
Since you evidently seem to be unwilling to accept warnings from non-admins, here's your prayer answered: Stop edit-warring and provide a source that explicitly states Palpatine was the most powerful Sith Lord in the galaxy, or you will be blocked. This is an administrative warning — and it carries as much weight as any of the warnings above. Thank you for your cooperation. 1358 (Talk) 13:05, June 15, 2013 (UTC)
