How to link
Hello, I saw that you had some issue with linking in Saversmiths so I went ahead and fixed it for you. As for how to link you simply put "[[]]" around the subject for example [[luke skywalker]] will come up as luke skywalker or if you want to link to something but change the name of the link it would be like this: [[luke skywalker|Jedi Scum]] would appear as Jedi Scum. Best advice I can honestly give you is that if you see someone doing something you are not sure how it works hit edit on the page and look at what they did to try and reverse engineer it=) glhf and welcome--Doggir (talk) 23:49, July 1, 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you, Doggir. I must say this is the least intuitive format I've encountered. I like the ask-and-answer style of the KB, but is there anything else going on here? I don't want to talk about last nights basketball game like I've seen in some other (supposedly) SW forums, but are there places for speculation and SW related thought exercises here? - If you were wondering the format of how to respond it would be like this... But as far as SW discussion goes, this is a Wiki like Wikipedia so rather then talk about speculation this is a place to share your knowledge about Star Wars... However If you have information you think is important but not as concrete you might want want to check out the talk pages for articles. For example: luke skywalker would be where you could edit if you have any updates on the canon while the Talk Page would be where to discuss the edits or possible edits.
