Fenn Shysa

Okay, I believe that you didn't see my warning before that last revert (especially looking at the edit times). I'll unban you this time, but remember, you're still in the minority, and this issue really isn't worth pressing too hard. By the way, I didn't respond immediately because I wasn't at my computer. Please don't send four emails in rapid succession next time. :-) – Aidje talk 01:18, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

But the thing is I'm in the right. Look at it from my stand point for once. No I'm not a nice person, no I'm not respectful, but I'm right this time. Please let me edit back to my way. George and his friend aren't doing anything for the Article with their edit.--Darth Nuke 01:29, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

  • I said don't push it. I meant it. You lose this one; get over it. It's not that big a deal, and no one else agrees with you. – Aidje talk 01:36, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)
    • I second that. There are over 11000 other articles to work on, that I'm sure there won't be a problem with. Otherwise if you want to claim the article as your own, why not copy it via GDFL to your own website where noone else can change the text. But because this is a free community, all information is subject to be edited and/or removed if it does not better the article. -- Riffsyphon1024 01:40, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)
      • then how about a compromise then? At least give me the chance to reach the compromise. I believe even George did this as well. I still don't see why you agree with them and not me.--Darth Nuke 01:38, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)
        • I hope George wasn't Starkeiller. -- Riffsyphon1024 01:40, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Ok let me be able to defend my self. Fenn Shysa was indeed the one who gave a rebirth to the Mandalorians. that is Fact, thats even in the article I wrote. The Insider 80 seconds that. Now as for Boba Fett' addition to the last part of the article, WHY? Why does he need to be added to it.

"After almost 20 years of rule, Fenn Shysa, the man responsible for the new rise of the Mandalorians, died on the Planet of Shogun saving Boba Fett from death."

There is no problem with that, and in fact it ends the article much better then the way George has it.--Darth Nuke 01:45, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

  • Incorrect. I have Star Wars Insider 80 in front of me and I quote it directly "After almost 20 years, an aging Fenn Shysa finally rejoined his childhood chum when, in an unexpected turn of events, Shysa gave his life on the planet Shogun saving Boba Fett from death." -- Riffsyphon1024 01:48, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Ok, I don't know what your replying to there. I didn't say anything about that. However does Fenn Shysa's article end with, Boba fett would become the next Mandalore?

Wait Ok now I see. what I wrote above is what I had done in the Article.--Darth Nuke 01:50, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

  • It's just a nice way of wrapping it up, sort of like saying "So-and-so was survived by his three children" rather than just ending with his death. If you really want to be banned again, just keep talking. It'll work. You have two admins watching you. For goodness sake, just go contribute somewhere else. You're wasting everyone's time. – Aidje talk 01:52, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)
  • I was quoting what is in the Insider article, word for word. However, if you want some solace, it does say before that "Under Mandalore Shysa's guidance, the Mandalorian Protectors rose from the ashes once more." Happy now? (If things are to be done, that is how they can be sourced and proven.) -- Riffsyphon1024 01:54, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

I doing nothing wrong. But as I saying, lets at least compromise.

Can we at least settle on this.

"After almost 20 years of rule, Fenn Shysa, the man responsible for the rise of the Mandalorians, died on the Planet of Shogun saving Boba Fett from Death. However the Mandalore tradition would survive, because of Boba Fett"--Darth Nuke 01:58, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

In discussion of the actual article and not this subject. Don't for get this.

"Shysa rallied his people to join the alliance and oppose the forces of Grand Admiral Miltin Tekel."

Tekel was the Sector commander. When he was defeated the Mandalorian got the sector back.

Also this: "Under Shysa as Mandalore, the Protectors flourished"

  • I really don't have time to deal with this right now, so I'll be leaving this to Riffsyphon for now. – Aidje talk 02:00, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Let me have the chance of comprising this once. I'm on my last knees and this is all I have left and leaving this thing happy. Give me the chance to edit it one MORE time. I'll basically write what I had above which was a compromise of what I had and what they had. If it is changed again, I leave it be, and not deal with it anymore. Please give me this chance at compromise.--Darth Nuke 02:03, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

  • You have my authority to post it, but if it is reverted again, leave it alone and move on to something else. -- Riffsyphon1024 02:07, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Thank you--Darth Nuke 02:08, 7 Sep 2005 (UTC)
