Re: Bounty Hunters & Mercenaries
Calling bounty hunters "law enforcement" was a bit of a stretch on my part, but I think our calling them a subset of mercenaries is also a mistake. Mercenaries are soldiers for hire; they fight battles, provide security, and so forth. Bounty hunters, in aiming to capture specific individuals on their own, aren't really soldiers in most senses of the word. I guess the only lesson here is to be wary of using other articles as a source, especially under-sourced ones like bounty hunter. -LtNOWIS 08:37, April 9, 2010 (UTC)
