RE: Userbox proposals
Hi Construction Worker. We decided a fair while ago now to close down the userbox proposals page, and no new proposals are generally taken. It's fine to make your own using the {{Userbox}} template for use on your user page, but they generally aren't created as new templates anymore. Hope that helps :).
