Signature

Your signature currently violates our signature policy, specifically the section that reads: You must include your actual user name, or an image depicting it, in your signature. Please amend your signature appropriately. Thank you. - Cavalier One20px(Squadron channel) 15:09, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

Archived TC pages

Please stop editing archived trash compactor pages. If you would have read the top of those, you'd have seen the notice "This page is no longer live." Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 15:45, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

  • Sorry I thought I hit the current page A-118 14:02, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
    • A useful trick to remember for the future: if the trash compactor page is light blue instead of white, that also means it's archived. jSarek 23:51, 14 July 2009 (UTC)

Signature redux

Just wanted to let you know before the admins come down on you that your signature is again in violation of our signature policy, this time the rule stating, "You may have only one font color." Please fix it as soon as possible. Thanks and may the Force be with you! —Master Jonathan(Jedi Council Chambers) 19:20, 16 July 2009 (UTC)

Searching

You probably hit the "Search" button instead of either just pressing the ENTER key or hitting the "Go" button. Doing either of the latter will take you directly to your search term, if it exists as either a page (as "Stormtrooper" does) or as a redirect (as "Stormtroopers" does). jSarek 02:10, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

  • So just user error? A-11820pxThe admins are after me! 14:33, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
    • That seems to be what happened, given what you described. However, it also wouldn't be the first time the search function had some kind of random internal error; but, since those are totally out of the hands of the admins, there's not that can be done about it if that's the case. jSarek 06:01, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

There's really not a procedure for making a major revision to an article, other than to follow our Manual of Style, make sure contributions are properly sourced, and generally maintain a high quality of writing. If you want an idea of what's expected of Good and Featured articles, you can look at the requirements on their nomination pages (Wookieepedia:Good article nominations and Wookieepedia:Featured article nominations, respectively). jSarek 02:05, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
