Demonyms vs social groups
Hello there! Just wanted to point your attention to Forum:CT:Social group field in Planet and System infoboxes, where the Wookieepedia community decided to specifically implement the |socialgroup= parameter to the Planet, Moon, and System infoboxes for precisely cases like this, where the term in question refers to a specific social group as opposed to being a demonym of the location in question. Hope that helps, Imperators II(Talk) 15:26, 3 February 2025 (UTC)
Mentors in fields
Hey, just letting you know that mentors and such being in masters/apprentice fields is currently in discussion on the Senate Hall and thus wide changes, like removing a lot of them all, will be undone until its reached conclusion and vote. It's also firmly cemented in status article precedent for us to do this (hence why a discussion was started rather than someone nuking them) so for said precedent to change it was brought up in a forum. You're welcome to add your thoughts to the discussion there, but please refrain from removing more batches.—spookywillowwtalk 03:15, 4 February 2025 (UTC)
Political groups
Hello. Please bear in mind that regions of space and political groups can be treated as governments if governance was part of their function. It's the same reason why the Chiss Ascendancy article addresses both the political state and the region of space known as the Chiss Ascendancy in the "Astrography" section. - Similarly, the Tiss'sharl League explicitly governs Tiss'shar society in all of the materials that feature it. The fact that the Tiss'shar limit membership in their government to successful businessbeings, and run their government like a business, doesn't change the fact it's a government. jSarek (talk) 04:07, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
