Hello, Chewy99, and welcome to Wookieepedia! We hope you like the place and choose to join us in building the best Star Wars encyclopedia there is. Here are some things you should know:

Wookieepedia is the Star Wars encyclopedia that anyone can edit, but we are not a general Star Wars forum nor an all-inclusive trivia site.
In-universe articles are written in past tense and from a neutral point of view. Our Manual of Style and Layout Guide form the basis for writing on Wookieepedia.
All additions to Wookieepedia must be sourced and attributed to a reliable, official source. Fan fiction is welcome on the Star Wars Fanon Wiki.
As a registered Wookieepedia user, you are entitled to a user page and a unique signature. Eventually you will also gain the right to vote on community matters.
Remember to be nice to your fellow Wookieepedians. Avoid making personal attacks and engaging in edit wars. Using multiple accounts is not allowed.
Talk pages and forums are part of the public record and comments on them, including your own user talk page, should be left intact. Remember to sign your comments by typing four tildes, like this: ~~~~

New to wikis? Don't worry, we were all new once. Our welcome page has everything you need to get started, and the Jundland Wastes sandbox can be used for test edits. Don't be afraid to make mistakes—be bold!

Uploading images

Please do not upload files without including all the information mandated by our Image policy. The only uploading method supported by Wookieepedia, Special:Upload, will prompt you to enter this information. If you upload more files without the necessary information, it may lead to you being blocked from editing by an administrator. Thank you for your cooperation. File naming

Source editor

Hello. I highly recommend switching to the Source editor, which can be done on the top of the page being edited or in Preferences. The Visual editor which you are currently using can create unintentional formatting errors. Thanks. Loqiical (talk) 06:43, 24 November 2021 (UTC)
