Merging articles

Hey, Ataru. Is there anyway we can merge the Jedi Crusaders article to the Revanchists article? I asked Sikon about it but he hasn't responded. Also, why hasn't the fact that the Legacy of the Force: Revelation cover was revealed been placed on the main page? Also, the Jedi Civil War article really needs some rewording to fit in with the info that The Essential Guide to the Force provided. Thanks for reading my concerns.--Jedi Kasra 23:14, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Would it be O.K. if you voted on the Talk: Jedi Crusader page on whether or not we should merge the article with the Revanchist (faction) article? Thanks--Jedi Kasra 00:24, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Thanks for voting, Ataru.--Jedi Kasra 02:59, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Hey, Ataru. How long does the poll have to be up before we can finally move the article?--Jedi Kasra 15:17, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
  • O.K. It's been two weeks and three days. If it's alright I'll leave up the merging poll on the Talk: Jedi Crusader page for one more week, and then, if you will, I'll need your help on merging it with the Revanchist (faction) article, and then finally deleting the article, since I have no idea how. Please leave me a message. Thanks.--Jedi Kasra 03:01, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Kinda like how Alek Squinquargesimus redirects to Darth Malak, right?--Jedi Kasra 17:46, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Do you think that we can begin to merge the articles now? It's 12:15 A.M. where I live, I'll be up for a little while longer, then I've got to go. I'll work on here some more later today.--Jedi Kasra 05:17, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
  • Done, what's next? Also, you think this image of Alek, Revan, and other Jedi is a good main image?--Jedi Kasra 21:40, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

thumb|left|200 px

  • Ughh! I can't get the name for the organization infobox to work! Can you please get it to work? Thanks.--Jedi Kasra 22:40, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
  • Alright, the articles are merged. I added some info from the EGTTF. I'll probably add some info on the Jedi Civil War and I'll add some sources. See what you think, then tell me of there's anything else to do with the article. What will happen to the Jedi Crusader article now? We really need to find an appropriate quote for the article. Thanks for your help.--Jedi Kasra 11:17, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  • Hey, do you think we can change the articles name to "The Revanchists"? Or is that too much to ask? I think it would be a more appropriate name, but if renaming the article means transferring the current article to another page and just renaming it, then...--Jedi Kasra 21:55, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
  • I think I'll wait a while before I put up a poll on whether we should change the name. When I do, I'll let you know. Is there anyway that we can merge the Talk:Jedi Crusader page as an archive? Thanks again, for all your help.--Jedi Kasra 00:47, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
  • O.K. I put up a poll on the Revanchist (faction) article, on whether we should change the name to "The Revanchists" or not. Can you vote on this, please? Thanks. Do you know anyone else that might be interested in voting on this?--Jedi Kasra 04:43, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

RE: FA page

Yes, of course I am, but I can't get a hold of Perfect Evil or that Technical magazine. Until then, what I do to it won't do a hill of beans. -Solus (Bird of Prey) 04:27, 10 January 2008 (UTC)

        • No, I didn't. I asked Jaymach, but he said that he got his information by looking at the existing Wookieepedia articles, and I can't be sure how accurate those are. -Solus (Bird of Prey) 21:12, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
          • About an hour? Sure, I can do that, so far as I know. -Solus (Bird of Prey) 21:16, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

              • I just got a chance to unzip the file, and it was the Technical Journal, which I already had... so... :P And what did you want to talk to me about the FE III cover? -Solus (Bird of Prey) 23:17, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

Holocron question

If we can list XoXaan as one of Darth Krayt's masters, then why can't we list Revan as Darth Bane's master? She was his virtual master, as Revan was Bane's, so what's the problem? Leave me a message on my talk page, please.--Zhran 05:49, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Then who would be qualified to answer that question?--Zhran 23:07, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Thanks.--Zhran 03:24, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

Re

Thanks for the offer. I would certainly like to join WP:NEGTC and Project Wormie. And in regards to your offer to get Nil Spaar to FA, that would be great. I could start in a few weeks, (assuming it passes GA) if that's fine with you. I would just have to re-read the BFC, which I could do after I finish a few other books that I intend to finish in in the next three or four weeks. Chack Jadson (Talk) 02:04, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Would it be okay if we work on it in a few weeks? Right now I'm trying to finish a couple of species GAs(plus Daala, my new project). As to how we divide it, I don't care. Perhaps I could some initial work and you could clean it up and add any details you feel are necessary, or we could both work on it adding whatever info is needed. The second option might work better, but hey, feel free to make another suggestion. Chack Jadson (Talk) 22:46, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
    • That's fine. You could do BTS (or whichever you prefer) and I'll take the other two. Chack Jadson (Talk) 00:12, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Project Wormhead
You are receiving this message because at some point you have expressed interest in User:Atarumaster88/Project Wormhead|Project Wormhead.
As project manager, I'll be sending out monthly messages with requests and suggestions for the project. Since it's late in the month of January, I haven't planned any assignments or focuses for this month, but they will start in February. The entire tentative schedule is posted at the User talk:Atarumaster88/Project Wormhead|discussion page for this project. I look forward to working with all of you on this project and finally bringing Luke Skywalker to the standard of quality that he deserves. It will require work, but if everyone pitches in, it won't be bad. Cheers, Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 16:06, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
Please check out the Project Wormhead page and think about where you can contribute. Address any questions or comments to my talk page please.

A message from the project manager
Welcome to User:Atarumaster88/Project Wormhead|Project Wormhead!
Okay, it's officially February, and that means it's time to kick Project Wormhead into full gear. We have 11 months to get this article ready for the GA page. To those of you who have already been making edits, your work is greatly appreciated. As you work on various things throughout the month, please sign up for any sources/appearances you are willing to work on this month. I have my own personal tentative schedule as well as project goals User talk:Atarumaster88/Project Wormhead#Very tentative schedule|here. The big focus for this month is working on comics. There are a large number of them, so I figured we'd start early on those. If the project can expand the article by twenty sources each month, we'll be well on our way. I'm personally planning on handling about eight of those. Address any comments to my talk page or the User talk:Atarumaster88/Project Wormhead|discussion page for this project. I thank you all again for your commitment and look forward to what we can do. Cheers, Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 16:06, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

Hello, Ataru. I was curious if you would have some time this morning. I have a couple of questions about the CT that I think you might be able to clear up. Hey Ataru, I think you forgot to close a <s> tag on the FAN page. Half the text on there has been stricken! :P Toprawa and Ralltiir 18:48, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

  • Bah! You're absolutely right. My bad. If it's been like that for a while, it does not show up like that on my home PC, so this is the first time I've noticed it. I saw that you were the last one to edit it, so I just kind of assumed it was you. :D Toprawa and Ralltiir 20:57, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

McEwok

I'm sorry you disagree with me. I'd discussed the matter with more than one other admin before making the decision. I may lessen the block later, but for now, I will rest on my perception that he was going out of his way to cause trouble, as evidenced by the fact that he's engaged in edit-warring, ceaseless arguments, and punitive bad-faith edits regarding the issue. In the future, actually attempting to discuss these sorts of issues with me instead of scolding me on my talk page about them would be a better approach. E-mail would be a good place to start. Graestan(Talk) 04:45, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

  • I was in the *cough cough* channel, discussing the matter with the other elected officers, and I would have welcomed a more constructive argument against my decision than the ones I faced. At any rate, thanks for your two cents. Graestan(Talk) 04:56, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
    • See, now if the others I spoke with were capable of mounting such a civil and reasonable defense as yours, as opposed to making low blows and planting doubts in my mind as to their suitability, I would have been much more receptive to the notion of unblocking him. At any rate, I'll sleep on it, and you have my word that I'll give your reasoning some serious consideration. Graestan(Talk) 05:07, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

My subpage

Actually, that was my IP address. I logged off, then remembered one quick thing I wanted to do, and so made an edit without logging in. I appreciate your concern though, and in the future I'll try not to cause you (or anyone else) trouble like that. Chack Jadson (Talk) 15:37, 9 February 2008 (UTC)

  • It's fine. BTW, would you like to start working on Nil Spaar in about five days? Chack Jadson (Talk) 15:58, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
    • Cool. I look forward to working with you. Chack Jadson (Talk) 16:01, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
      • Hey Ataru. Really sorry, but I won't be able to start on Spaar until Monday at the earliest. Oh, and good work on the intro. Chack Jadson (Talk) 19:16, 14 February 2008 (EST)
        • I'm aware you're on vacation, but would you be interested on working on Nil Spaar when you are free? I've got time to work on it now. Chack Jadson (Talk) 22:20, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

Looking for input regarding video-wikis on Wookieepedia

Hi, As you may have heard, in the next few days there will be a new collaborative video feature on Wookieepedia. The feature is based on technology created by Kaltura, where I work. We’re really excited to have our technology on Wookieepedia and are hoping that it can be a great tool for the Wookieepedia community. I am contacting you and a few other administrators hoping that you can tell me where you think collaborative videos might fit in within Wookieepedia. We have a few people that are great with rich-media, and that are active in the community and would like to get a few videos rolling as soon as the feature goes live. For example – what pages do you think could benefit from a collaborative video that any user can add, edit and remix? Are there 5-10 top pages/topics that you think could be cool to add videos to? Any specific ideas of the kind of videos the community would like? Maybe a tribute to a certain character, or possibly a video that talks about why people joined Wookieepedia, etc. Any input you could provide would be excellent, we’re hoping that the Wookieepedians get familiar with the collaborative video feature and enjoy it. Thank you! Lishkee 14:13, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

Wormie

I've been hesitant to begin work on Wormie by adding info from Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, b/c there is an overabundance of Luke Skywalker info taking place around .5 ABY, and I'm just not sure where it all fits in chronologically. I might just throw in what I have and leave it up to you or someone else to sort it out. Toprawa and Ralltiir 23:47, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

Sig

Ataru, I think you might want to change your sig image to Jedi Order.svg instead of jpg., because KillerRoboLeia has been going around and changing something, after which the image was deleted. Have a look at Fiolli's talk page to see what I mean. Hobbes(Tiger's Lair) 15:38, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

Zekka Thyne again

Hey, you may remember that I asked you for some help in looking over Zekka Thyne as a possible FA a few months back. I disappeared for a while, but am now back, and I believe the SWG problem that had been vexing me has now been resolved. I was hoping you wouldn't mind looking at the nomination again and either supporting it or letting me know if anything else needs to be done. Sorry to bother you again, but I think it's almost ready to be featured. Thanks! --Colinmcev 06:38, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Article name change

Hello, Ataru. Could you please go to talk page for the Revanchist (faction article and vote on whether we should change the name? Maybe we shouldn't change it to "The Revanchists"', how about "Revanchists", instead? There would probably not be any confusion since the majority ho played the game also read the comics and read this site, so. Please leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.--Jedi Kasra 03:02, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

Project Wormhead, March edition

A message from the project manager
Rolling along with User:Atarumaster88/Project Wormhead|Project Wormhead.
March rolled around fast for us, and I've been taking stock of the progress so far. A lot has happened, and I want to thank anyone who's contributed so far. You all are making this dream a possibility. For those of you who haven't yet gotten a chance to work on Wormhead, please do so. This project is only possible if everyone helps, and so if you can pitch in, please do. Despite the progress, we are still a little behind (and part of that is my fault-I hope to catch up in March), but it's nothing we can't recover from. This month is originally set for working on non-canon sources, Marvel, and I need one brave soul with the Holiday Special, some time, and a strong stomach to get the info from that if at all possible. However, don't let that stop you from contributing wherever you can and see fit. We also now have a bit of a sandbox to play with for the project: User:Atarumaster88/Wormhead Reloaded. I thank you all again for your commitment and am looking forward to a productive month. Cheers, Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 16:06, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
Please check out the Project Wormhead page and contribute.

Re: Portfolio

Hey Ataru. I've been away from my computer for a few days, so I just got your messege :P What type of article are you wanting to hand off? Depending on the size of it, we can talk ;) Let me know either via talk page/IRC/email. Cheers, Greyman(Talk) 00:27, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

Felth

Ataru, the "athletic-looking Human" description is meant to describe Felth's own perspective. This is how he analyzed him, and how he was able to later recognize him. I changed your edit because Felth never sees him as someone down on his luck. If you would like me to better reword it to show that it is coming from his own perspective, I would be glad to do so. Toprawa and Ralltiir 22:34, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

For your information

Go ahead and block every range you want and I will just be back again on another range. Your sysops think they can bully everyone around but you need to know that you can never get rid of me. I can always come back whenever I want. I am leaving for tonight but I will be back tomorrow.

Hey, Ataru. Here's a little something to show mine, and other's, appreciation for taking it upon yourself to organize a WookieeProject (albeit an unofficial one ;) ) to get Luke Skywalker where he deserves to be. Even though I haven't been able to contribute to the project that much as of late, don't feel like I haven't been keeping track of Wormhead's progress :) Likewise, I've heard various positive comments from the community about this project and the progress that it has made in only the short time since it was organized. We'll have Mr. Whineboy featured soon enough ;) Greyman(Talk) 03:39, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

Question

I have a question do you have adminship on Wiki 24?Sith24ssb 23:16, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

Article Question

Hey Ataru, I've got a question. Since I normally don't contribute you, as you know, this question might be relatively "duh" for other people, but I'd like to beef up the Star Wars Fanon Wiki so it's not really just a stub. Is there anything I need to do to claim that I'm working on it? I've seen some users who sometimes take "temporary ownership" over an article when they're working on it, so I wasn't sure if there's something I need to do. Also, what would be an appropriate length about an article like this? Let me know whenever you get a chance. Thanks. - Brandon Rhea 22:53, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the reply. Just so you're aware, if you haven't checked yet, I sent you two emails about The Chosen One. The first has an updated link to chapter nine where I changed a few things around to correct what you correctly pointed out about Dooku and Cliegg, and the second one has a link to Chapter Eleven. I'd love to hear back from you as soon as you get the chance. Also, I should be finishing my next chapter today or tomorrow, and after that I'll make the time to finish the review so you're not just left with "good stuff". - Brandon Rhea 20:43, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Hey man. Thanks for your support with Zekka Thyne. I've nominated Evir Derricote and so far I think the objections have been addressed, but it's not been read by too many people yet. Maybe you could give it a look when you have time? --Colinmcev 07:09, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

Splinter

Before I begin work on Splinter, I want to know how much or how little you really want out of these two entries. No pun intended (or maybe it is?), but I could write a novel. You may find that this entry is among the longest material that you have. Toprawa and Ralltiir 06:37, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

Nil Spaar

Hi. Sorry about my reaction earlier, but I do believe that some degree of annoyance was warranted. I want to clear something up with you, because I get the feeling that you misinterpret my intentions when I review your articles. I'm not attacking you or the article when I leave objections; I'm simply providing a to-do list in order to make it better. That's why the items on the list are typically non-controversial (in my opinion) and specific. I hope you saw that I did quite a bit more copyediting when I was reviewing it last night; this should further demonstrate my intentions. Please don't take objections personally. It's just a can of worms—each little drop of poison on the FAN page creates just that much more bad will. Insinuating, or stating directly, that the reviewer doesn't know what they are talking about comes across as an insult, nothing more. Again, sorry about how I reacted. I am looking forward to Spaar's article once it passes review; these tweaks bring it to 100%, in my opinion. Graestan(Talk) 15:27, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

Mailing list

Hey, Ataru. I've set up a private administrator mailing list to help coordinate the current administrators of the site, and I am attempting to contact each administrator to get them to subscribe. You can subscribe here. My point with setting up this mailing list to get all of the administrators of Wookieepedia operating on the same page, and in a more unified fashion. Regardless of any personal differences that may exist between some members, I still feel that it is important that we are all operating on the same level, with regards to knowledge of the site, and new/upcoming stuff that is going to happen—so, basically, this is an attempt to coordinate us all in an effort to help keep us on the same page with regards to new policies, new ideas, announcements, discussions, etc. In my opinion, we're all on the same team and this will only help us to be a more organized and cohesive working unit—even more so than we currently are. I've already spoken with a few admins via IRC, and they have liked my point of this whole thing, and have thus signed up—I would really appreciate it you could do likewise :) Any questions about this, you know where you can reach me. Cheers, Greyman Jan.png (Talk) 15:59, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

Darths Phobas and Desolus, and Gamepro magazine

Hi, Ataru. I just read the new issue of Gamepro, the one with Darth Vader and the secret Apprentice on thye cover, and it says that both Darths Phobos and Desolus are in it. I just looked on Kari Wahlgren's article here, and it says that Leland Chee said tht no such character as Darth Phobas exists. Who's right? OI would think Chee, but who knows?--Jedi Kasra 21:14, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

  • Yeah, I'll just do that, go by what he said. By the way, the Aurebesh thing isn't a permanent thing, right? Also, is Graestan blocked permanantly? What does this mean for Greyman, since Graestan was his sock puppet?--Jedi Kasra 21:36, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

April edition

A message from the project manager
Continuing on User:Atarumaster88/Project Wormhead|Project Wormhead!
Hello again! It's April, and that means it's time for an update. I avoided doing this on April 1st because of all the craziness going on, but here we are. There's no denying that we're behind. I'm very busy in RL and juggling several wiki-related projects also, so I haven't been contributing as much either. That's okay, though, as long as we catch up (i.e. summer, as a lot of folks will be out of school and all that.) There's also a new way to contribute, and something that everyone can do. Since we don't have a timeline of appearance/sources yet, I started one on the second page. I didn't give it a very large list to start with, so fill in the gaps whenever you see them. If someone wants to start doing a similar segment for sources, that'd be great. I hope that we'll get back on course with the expansions soon, but regardless, let's see how April plays out. Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 04:04, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
Please check out the Project Wormhead pages and contribute.

Lukey

I did indeed volunteer. It's probably best if you sort of guide me through exactly how and where to do stuff on IRC, though. Thefourdotelipsis 04:48, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Hey, Ataru. Have you been reading the Vector comic series. Whether you have or not, check this out!

And keep reading. Apparently the rakghoul virus was caused by the Talisman, and the Talisman was created by a Sith Lord called Karness Muur.--Jedi Kasra 18:31, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the compliment. And in regard to Wormhead, I plan on working on the HoT duology soon. Sorry I haven't done much for it lately. Chack Jadson (Talk) 23:23, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Request

  • Hello, Ataru. Would it be alright if you put a block on my user and talk pages to prevent just anybody from vandalizing them? Thanks!--Jedi Kasra 01:22, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
  • I understand. I'd appreciate it if you protected my user talk page as well. I have an account on Wikipedia, and it was recently attacked by vandals, so I'm a little paranoid, so thanks for understanding. Also, what's going on with the talk pages? I make an edit on them, and when I save the page, the sentences are smushed up together, and such.--Jedi Kasra 21:02, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
  • I don't know how to upload photos, so I can't be much help there. Talk to I need a name, he had to fix that problem on Talk:Revan/Legends after I left a reply. Oh, by the way, I don't know if you are interested in The Force Unleashed or the Secret Apprentice, but I was just watching Gametrailers with Geoff Keighley on SPIKE TV, and Haden Blackman confirmed that the Apprentice is the son of not one but two Jedi, and that his name begins with a "S".--Jedi Kasra 05:12, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
  • If you go to Forum:Krayts age right now, you will see my problem.--Jedi Kasra 05:56, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
  • Uploading images is beyond what I know to do. If you will take a look at this version of the Forum:Krayts age forum, you'll see my problem.--Jedi Kasra 00:48, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
  • Alright, well, I just tried to edit on Wikipedia, and encountered the same problem. Maybe it's the computer. Did you look at the link above? Here's another link showing the same problem. It isn't just on Wookieepedia.--Jedi Kasra 23:28, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
  • What do you mean by browser and OS? How would I go about finding out? And as for the frequency, it happens most of the time as of about a week ago.--Jedi Kasra 18:12, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
  • I use Windows XP, and I browse with Internet Explorer. I use a dial-up connection, so I wouldn't know if it works O.K. at my church's computer or my local library. I use the Wikipedia skin Monobook, since that was the first skin I used when I first joined this site, and if I use it, it makes printing easier. It does occur when I am both logged in and off. I am a member of only two other wikis besides this one and Wikipedia, and I don't spend much time on either of those two. And it usually occurs on all pages, if you recall, it has even happened on this talk page a few times, look in the history. By the way, how can you put a person's diferent name in the categories, for example, I am trying to get the Category: Jedi Guardians category to say Alek Squinquargesimus for Darth Malak. The Darth Malak name does not belong under the "S" section of this particular category, his Jedi name does. Any suggestions?--Jedi Kasra 20:48, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

Thrawn's armada

If you'd like to know the source for my Thrawn'sArmada template, I got it from here. Of course, if the information is unfounded, I would be happy to correct my error.--Mith'raw'nuruodo 17:45, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

  • I understand. Would it be acceptable to make a template of major campaigns during the Galactic Civil War?--Mith'raw'nuruodo 17:53, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
    • I shall begin removing the template. As for campaigns, I was refering to the Thrawn Campaign, Operation Shadowhand, etc.--Mith'raw'nuruodo 18:00, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Template

I made the template, but I was wondering if there was a way that I could attach a category to the template, so that when I add the template to an article, I don't have to take the time to add a category too. I was thinking of adding [[Category:Major Galactic Civil War Campaigns]].--Mith'raw'nuruodo 13:24, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

Unfortunately, most if not all of these campaigns are not categorized under the Galactic Civil War, just under Category:Conflicts, and so one would have to go through the painstaking task of categorizing all of them, which could be done much easier if the category was embedded into this template. It seems to me that articles with templates such as this one are already categorized, and so embedding a category would be a useless gesture.--Mith'raw'nuruodo 18:24, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

Thank you. And I will decategorize that. Chack Jadson (Talk) 23:18, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Canoid pic- Need opinion

Last night, I noticed that the Canoid pic from the EGtP&M was, for lack of a better description, kinda cruddy. Low resolution, JPEG artifacts galore, and the tail was just a hellish mess. So earlier tonight, I popped that bugger into Photoshop and cleaned it up. The pic was resized, the shadow around the tail (from the page bending on the scanner)was removed, and the linework was redone to be sharper. This is the result. Seeing as how the image was retraced, I'm not sure if I'd be allowed to upload it to replace the current image. Trak Nar 04:56, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

  • I responded to your complaints:
    • I didn't change this because I wasn't sure, but I'm used to seeing the Confederacy abbreviated as "CIS", not "C.I.S." If it's that way in the source, then keep it. --Done. -- Joe Butler (Obi Maul12) talk
    • Need a bit more context on the Colicoids in the intro. Doesn't quite flow very well where the way it's currently structured. --Fixed. -- Joe Butler (Obi Maul12) talk
    • If possible, detail what exactly was upgraded from W-series to Q-series. --Done. -- Joe Butler (Obi Maul12) talk
    • From what I've played of Republic Commando, I don't recall them identifying the droidekas as Q-series specifically. Correct me if I'm wrong. --Removed. EDIT: Now that I read the Droideka dispenser stuff over, I have no idea why is sourced it under SW:RC, as it came from Episode I: The Visual Dictionary. Reference fixed.-- Joe Butler (Obi Maul12) talk
    • Present tense in the Design Flaws section is absolutely unacceptable. --Fixed. -- Joe Butler (Obi Maul12) talk
    • Kindly check with other droid GAs to ensure that you're following precedent on organization/sectioning. I'm not sure, but I have a sneaky suspicion that it's not exactly in line. --I searched around, and most of the other GA droids are in this format. -- Joe Butler (Obi Maul12) talk
    • "Additionally, there were limits when a droideka could fire at a target." Reword this sentence. I get what you're going for, but there has to be a better way to say it. --Done. -- Joe Butler (Obi Maul12) talk
    • While this might not be a concern for GA, it'd be nice to have Galaxies information included in the article. --Star Wars: Galaxies? -- Joe Butler (Obi Maul12) talk

If your issues are solved, please vote yes for the article. Thanks a lot, Ataru. -- Joe Butler (Obi Maul12) talk 23:20, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

A belated update on Project Wormhead User:Atarumaster88/Project Wormhead|Project Wormhead!
Sorry about the delay in getting this out. I was on vacation at the beginning of the month and forgot about it. First, let me thank a number of people for their efforts on the project this past month: Greyman, for his work on the Marvel expansions. Jaina Solo added information from Star Wars Union, and a couple other people have made smaller edits as well. That's very encouraging and I thank all of you for your help. For the moment, I have to say that Luke isn't my priority at the moment-I'm working pretty hard on finishing Wraith Squadron, but once that's done, I will be back to work . In other news, Project Wormhead has now surpassed the actual Luke Skywalker article in content and will soon pass up Palpatine. It'll probably take us another month to pass up Mr. Horn, though. Anyway, keep up the good work. Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 18:06, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

The latest on User:Atarumaster88/Project Wormhead|Project Wormhead!
It's summer and that means, at least for me, that a lot of things need to happen over the next couple months if Luke is going to be a GA this year. I don't even entertain any notions of FA, because there's simply too many obscure/minor appearances and sources. I will be working heavily on the novels, and I know others are focusing on comics, games, and whatever those Missions things fall under. Thanks Xwing. For this month, I'm going to hammer out the rest of the Young Jedi Knights series first and then progress to the Bantam novels whenever I get to them. That means if you want to work on a Bantam novel, it probably should be done this month. ;-) I hope everyone enjoys their summer and finds a chance to participate. I definitely appreciate all the work that's been done so far. Cheers. Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 17:56, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

Question

Do we have an article on jedi as a real world religion? And can we also have a template userbox for stating that your religion is Jedi? For the record, I'd like to say that my religion is not actually jedi.

Also, in character infoboxes, when it asks for the homeworld, is it asking for where the character lives, or where his species originates from? Thanks in advance. Soresumakashi 06:04, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

Adumar catch

Yep. Good catch. Fortunately, everybody does roll call in that very conversation.

"Red Three, four lit and ready to burn." Janson's inimitable voice and enthusiasm were evident...
"Red Four, nothing's gone wrong yet." There was almost a hopeful note to Hobbie's dour tone.

So Hobbie it is, then. Enochf 13:40, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

As I will be reading through *gag* TCS (Yes, that TCS) for my work on Waru (yes, I'm starting that up again), I might as well snag all of the Luke bits and write about that portion of his life for Luke's article. • Shock and awe! TCS is... done? Guess I should've looked before asking, huh? :| Anyway, I will do so, and likely hang around doing random bits of who-knows-what for you guys. And copy-edit. JorrelWiki-shrinkableFraajic 14:58, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

Luke appearance

  • I just read your Project Wormhead page and I think it is great that you are trying to get Luke to FA.
