Welcome, Aryn Tarra!Hello and welcome to Wookieepedia. I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Questions Everyone Has When They Get Started
Its a good thing I have become such a fast learner! But there are a few questions I need answered from my potential Jedi Masters-
How do you get the boxes with all of the random things on them under your username? It it by nominating things? Or are each of them different?
If I speak Ryl, I have created most of it from my own mind and ideas. Because there isnt anything there, in the Ryl article, to speak a language. Can I edit Ryl and put all of my ideas in? No right? Because it's fanon, right?
How the frakk do you guys print your names in aurebesh under your usernames!? Thats awesome!!!! I LIVE for aurebesh!
Thanks so much guys, Cade Caryln, I admire you... ifindyourlackoffaithdisturbing, you too. Thanks. K'oyaci ner vod...
Thanks for everything, --Aryn Tarra (talk) 17:13, July 6, 2012 (UTC)--
Re: Boxes
Hey Aryn. In answer to your question, I'm going to assume you're meaning the user boxes. Some of them are pre-generated. All you need to do is type the code that makes them. For example, to use the one to say you support the Jedi Order, you'd simply type {{User jedi}}. However, if you want to create your own, you have to use coding. It's pretty simple for the most part. Basically, you'd use this code: {{Userbox|color you want for background of image|color you want for background of text|file you wish to use|desired text}} That's about the size of it. Let me know if you need anymore help, and feel free to copy my userboxes that are pertinent to anyone. For example, you can use my "This user supports Yoda," but you cannot use "This user is a Wookieepedia Inquisitor," since you are not. Hope that helps. Cheers.—Cal Jedi (Personal Comm Channel) 20:09, July 6, 2012 (UTC)
Thanks, ner vod. I knew someone would have the general idea...--Aryn Tarra (talk) 20:13, July 6, 2012 (UTC)
- To place an image in there, you have to have a particular image, not the entire category. For example, if you wanted a picture of Obi-Wan, you would put {{Userbox|color for background of image|color for background of text|[[File:Masterobiwan.jpg|pixel size (usually 50px)|text}} Let me know if this doesn't answer what you wanted.—Cal Jedi

User page fanon
Per our User Page policy, fnon on your user page must be limited to 250 words or less. Currently, yours sits at 322. Trim it down a bit, please. It's also encouraged that you mark it with {{Tl|Fanon user page}}. Cheers! NaruHina Talk

Thanks!Isn't 'everything I tell you is a lie'pretty strong? It seems like some kind of 'ban' warning. :( --Aryn Tarra (talk) 21:34, July 6, 2012 (UTC)
- Oh, no, it's nothing of the sort. :) Most of our templates are headed by a quotation from somewhere. I can't place that one right this second, but it's not a warning of any kind. The template's real purpose is to place the user page in [[:Category:Fanon user pages]], so we can keep some track of fanon put on Wookieepedia. NaruHina Talk

I get it, and thanks! Could you perhaps find a way to put a picture of someone up there so that people pass it off as a sort of thing like the rest of the notices? (btw- thats the reson I like wookieepedia so much, because it's really funny to see all of the notices) Like, find out who said it, then put a picture up of something somewhat like a guy dressed up in a really nerdy and bad dress up. I don't know, a costume or something. Or a Sith- like, Darth Talon. That line sounds like something she would say! Its just that I saw that notice somewhere else and it looked... idk... you get the idea. Give it a lighter flare. Fanon is only one step away from the official publishing stuff you know. Thanks...--Aryn Tarra (talk) 14:42, July 7, 2012 (UTC)
- On the template thing, IMO, it's fine as is. The one who said that saying was Vergere, but we don't really need a picture of her on it. Wookieepedia, being a strictly canon site, usually looks down on fanon, so the template doesn't have to be fun or pretty, per se. If you feel differently about it, though, feel free to start a Senate Hall thread about it, where it can be discussed by the community. On your userboxes, I'm afraid I don't quite get what you are having a problem with. Your userboxes seem fine. Is it your user infobox you want me to try and fix? If so, what exactly do you want done with it?—Cal Jedi

Thanks so much! (It only took me all afternoon to get that far) :D--Aryn Tarra (talk) 19:41, July 7, 2012 (UTC)
- You're definitely welcome. The only thing that was missing was the closing tags. Feel free to move it around or whatever, and feel free to contact me with anymore questions or whatever. Cheers.—Cal Jedi

RE: Mando'a lexicon
Hello. As you can see on the current Mando'a page, Karen Traviss' website is already used as a proper source: it's reference number 6 in the "notes and references" surbsection. --LelalMekha (talk) 20:13, July 26, 2012 (UTC)
Setting up Apprenticeship
WOW! I mean, I thought I was a pretty dedicated Star Wars fan. But then I follow your link and here is a person who speaks two different Star Wars languages. I'm impressed. (Also, it's good to know that there's other people that practice with lightsabers (green blade) as well. JediMaster22

hi, what does Su'cuy gar mean? -SalemtheCruel
Hello, and I am glad you are still alive. I mean, in it's TRUE sense. I use it as an impressive hello. It's Mando'a. I speak it well. --Aryn Tarra (talk) 20:37, August 6, 2012 (UTC)
Responses
Thanks for the offer, but I've also caught up pretty well. In fact, I should probably edit my main page... and about the whole chat flooding thing, I'm just glad to get a reply. Sorry it took me so long to reply, by the way.
It's okay!--Aryn Tarra (talk) 20:37, August 12, 2012 (UTC)
Hey there,
I read on the Mando'a talk page that you said you were nearly fluent in the language. Would you have any tips for someone who is just starting out? Anything would be kindly appreciated,
Thankyou, OuterRimAlliance (talk) 12:40, March 6, 2014 (UTC)
