Welcome, 501stlegionstandardbearer!Hello and welcome to Wookieepedia. I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source. Do not remove talk page and forum comments, including your own, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. For an optimal viewing experience, Wookieepedia recommends using the Monobook skin. For help changing your skin preference, see Help:Skin. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! —501st dogma(talk) 20:16, May 16, 2013 (UTC) |
Hey, is there a Star Wars hunting game, (not outdated or online) that is still available to the public?--501stlegionstandardbearer (talk) 18:24, December 18, 2012 (UTC)
Re: Help!
As for format, if you are confused on how it should be done, a good way to go is to look at other similar articles for their format. As for your profile, its yours to do with as you choose, as long as it is appropriate. Policy wise, we don't allow fanon, except for on your profile, where it has to be under 250 words I think. The welcome box above has a lot of helpful links about our policies and how to edit. If you need any more help, or more clarification, feel free to ask. Hope that helps! 501st dogma(talk) 20:16, May 16, 2013 (UTC)
Wow. That may have been the most helpful thing I have read on this wiki. Thanks so much! I'll get to studying! 501stlegionstandardbearer (talk) 19:31, May 21, 2013 (UTC)
RE:Unidentified Bothan to Bothan
It is probably best to leave a redlink alone because someone might come along and create a page for it. Way back when, I removed a couple of redlinks and the same thing happened to me. I thought a page looked better with no redlinks so I removed them rather than creating a page for them.
So all that being said, if you want to rid Wookieepedia of a redlink, just create the page. Fill in the proper information and create it. The page doesn't have to be perfect because other people can come in and fix it up. That's why Wookieepedia is so great, anyone can edit. If you know nothing about the redlink, then just leave it alone rather than redirecting it or removing it altogether. Fe Nite (talk) 15:11, May 29, 2013 (UTC)
