Star Wars Canon/Legends (EU)
- {Opinion: You don't have to determine what is Star Wars Canon by the official sources (Disney-Canon), you can still enjoy Star Wars, just ignore whatever you don't like. You thoughts don't need to obey Disney-Canon, just take what you like, put them together and make them your own perception of Canon. After all, Star Wars = Stories, and there are always differnt versions of these ancient Legends ;). Enjoy your Canon and others enjoy theirs, whether it's Disney-Canon, EU, all of them or being picky about everything and then base your own Fanon on it, you don't need to change other's head-canon to yours but you can express your own head-canon stories. You can create your own Wikia w/ other likeminded people for your collective vision of a non-Disney Star Wars, that way, you enjoy your Star Wars, others enjoy their own, and we all know what we're talking about if we come together and scrunitize published stories on admittance to our own head-canon/official 'owner'-'s canon. That way everyone's happy and we don't come to internet wars, edit conflicts or Cantina-fights (if you're unsatisfied w/ the lack of content published that you like, you can create/join a 'Splinter' Star Wars community, just like the Sith/Legends! and create your own stories!)} OOM 224 (talk) 15:19, September 27, 2019 (UTC)
- Okay. Then what do I do. I am trying to write a Star Wars book right now, bro. --- User:23.174.96.6
- Do you go on any social platforms like reddit/Youtube? You may find some like-minded people up there. Wookieepedia here is also a great source of all things Star Wars. OOM 224 (talk) 16:43, September 27, 2019 (UTC)
- This book is about Dooku and I have my own take on him, bro. He has a whole different background in my story.
- I am trying to honour the memory of the late Sir Christopher Lee by doing this.
- I dont use Reddit or YouTube, bro. I want to come up with my own ideas while still staying true to the overall spirit of Star Wars. --- User:23.174.96.6
- That's great! You can perhaps do some research on Sir Christopher Lee and his works for some information OOM 224 (talk) 16:43, September 27, 2019 (UTC)
- I already have and I am trying to put it all together but am not finding the inspiration.
- I just want to write a meaningful book that people will love.
- I think the Dooku character is a very underappreciated one. Can you help me to find some inspiration by sending me some links and/or giving me some practical advice on copyright and all that fun stuff.
- Bro, Sir Christopher Lee was a living legend. He starred in over 200 movies and served in the Second World War. I am hoping that by writing this book I can finally get Mr. Lee some of the appreciation that he deserves.
- Any thoughts or comments on how I can do this in the proper way? --- User:23.174.96.6
- You can study his sort of speech patterns from interviews and all, then perhaps combine your favourite elements of all his characters. Also, it would be better if you introduced at least one new character to make it fresher. Different characters w/ short stories/background characters could also be incorporated (Onyeth Canavar, Ruthford, Kutri O'a and Sentepeth Findos for example). The links on Wookieepedia pages would result in hundreds if not thousands of other lesser/unknown chracters useful for your novel. (Warning - may result in a hundred page document) OOM 224 (talk) 16:43, September 27, 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks, bro. I really appreciate your help. --- User:23.174.96.6
Sequel trilogy
Hey man. I am the one who is writing that Dooku book. I just wanted to know if Kylo Ren's lightsaber got destroyed in The Force Awakens? --- User:23.174.96.6
- And will Snoke have a lightsaber in the upcoming movie.
- I personally think that Snoke might have a gold-plated curved-hilt lightsaber with a ragged blue-white energy blade. --- User:23.174.96.6

- What color Christopher Lee's hair was 55 years ago doesn't matter. Christopher Lee the person and Dooku the fictional character are separate. If you don't have a source for what Count Dooku the fictional character's hair was when he was younger, then you're out of luck. IFYLOFD (Talk) 23:57, November 6, 2019 (UTC)
- According to the SW databank, CD's 1.93 metres. Due to the lack of early Dooku official canonical sources, we cannot have such info. on the Canon page. See Dooku/Legends for the Legends version. OOM 224 (talk) 00:02, November 7, 2019 (UTC)
- Please note that Wookieepedia is not for Fanon. Just as how one does not change public records, Wookieepedia is an online collection of Star Wars-related canon information. One can, however, create a private record for other uses. In your case, Dooku may be Maia in your personal canon, but not officially, hence such information would not be accepted as documentation of the official Star Wars. - - -
