Welcome, 1705jallen!Hello and welcome to Wookieepedia. I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source. Please do not remove talk page and forum comments, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! ——Silly Dan (talk) 13:21, 15 March 2009 (UTC) |
"Correcting mistakes"
Please note that "correcting mistakes any licensed people have made with Star Wars continuity" may not be a good idea: according to our canon policy, if something appears in a licensed source, it generally speaking isn't a mistake. —Silly Dan (talk) 13:21, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- By that I meant that if 2 sources completely contradict each other, I find a simple compromise or retcon, if not already done, and only if it's good, I put on the talk page. So it's not altering continuity. —Unsigned comment by 1705jallen (talk • contribs)
- yeah I keep forgetting to do that.
