Hey! Welcome to my userpage! I'm Antonio R. Castro, but most people here call me "bola", I live in Granada (Spain) and I'm part of the Fandom team.

I joined the platform with a personal account in May 2007. In June 2008, I began assisting Spanish-language communities as a Helper, and in July 2011, I was officially hired by Fandom. I worked with our Spanish wikis for several years before shifting my focus to English wikis in 2019. I previously used my personal account for work, but I created a separate staff account to distinguish my professional responsibilities from my role as a community admin.

I currently work as the Manager of the Community Operations team. Our team's primary focus is to support Product, Engineering, and Community by reporting and triaging community-impacting bugs, sharing user feedback with the Product team to refine new tools, coordinating product adoption, writing help pages, and publishing technical updates for our users.
