Ursela Kuat was a member of House Kuat who was the principal director of the shipyard company Kuat Drive Yards by 311 BBY. By that year, Kuat traveled in their star yacht along the Rothana Route hyperlane in the Outer Rim Territories. Kuat died when their yacht was destroyed by gravity mines placed along the hyperlane to protect the secret Kuat Drive Yards factory planet Rothana. Kuat's death had actually been arranged by the director's rivals on the KDY directorate, whose role would not be revealed until decades after the Kuati Succession Crisis of 311 BBY triggered by Kuat's death.[1]
