An uprising occurred on Molos against the Galactic Empire. King Amand and his sympathizers, as well as members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic fought against the Empire on Molopolis and were victorious. During the uprising, the local Imperial Command Center was bombed with mining explosives. Although the city's fires were eventually extinguished, a cover of smoke lay over the city. Eventually, Imperial Army reinforcements arrived to regain control, but were defeated during the subsequent Battle of Molopolis.[1]
