The Unpermitted windfishing skiff was single building windfishing operation in the Grazing Fields region on the moon Toshara that[1] during 3 ABY[2] had not been licensed by the Galactic Empire.[1]

This section of the article assumes 100% game completion of canon. Any alternate stories may be noted in the "Behind the scenes" section. The events in this section may or may not have been confirmed as canon within the Star Wars Legends continuity.

During the same year,[2] the scoundrel Kay Vess visited the skiff while it was being visited by a group of imperials that were treating the skiff owners with arrest. Vess helped get rid of the imperials and the skiff operators rewarded her with several Reed flutes. Vess also stole a copy of episode forty three of Glarnok & Yabassi from the skiff during the same year.[1]

Behind the scenes

Unpermitted windfishing skiff appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game, Star Wars Outlaws The location was not directly named in the game. The Reed flutes found rewarded by the interaction at the skiff could be used a trophy to customize the S57 Cardinal speeder bike.[1]
