- "I—and all the people of my world, the world you're threatening into submission—would rather die than live under your fascist rule."
- ―A woman, to Kylo Ren
Kylo Ren encountered defiance on one of the worlds that he conquered.
A world was invaded by the First Order Army[1] between 34 and 35 ABY.[2] The invaders, led by Supreme Leader Kylo Ren personally, threatened the world into submission. A human woman confronted Ren with a blaster pistol, denouncing him as a fascist and telling him that her planet would never accept the First Order's tyrannical rule. Rather than killing her directly, Ren left her alive with nothing but her convictions before leaving in his command shuttle as flames consumed her world.[1]
