This species was a sentient species that existed in the galaxy.[1]

Biology and appearance

This large humanoid sentient species was distinguished by their mottled brown skin and multi-fold wattle that extended from their chin to their chest.[1]

By 3 BBY, a member of this species served as Oathkeeper of the Imperial Senate of the Galactic Empire during its reign,[1] holding the position for at least a year.[2]

Behind the scenes

The species made their debut in the sixth episode of the second season of the television series Star Wars: Andor,[1] directed by Ariel Kleiman and aired on April 29, 2025[3] This species was designed by concept artist and sculptor Louis Wiltshire, who revealed he is not allowed to share the concept art he created for this design until after the The Art of Star Wars: Andor releases[4] on May 19, 2026.[5] He did state, however, that unlike the other aliens he created for the season, this design was based off specific prompts as opposed to just being a "generic" design.[6]
