A vizier of Emperor Palpatine in the Galactic Empire, this individual orchestrated a conspiracy, which was destroyed by Admiral Ho'ror'te under great sacrifices of the Unerring and its escort ships shortly before the Battle of Jakku in 5 ABY.[2]
