Ho'ror'te was an admiral of the New Republic Defense Fleet who served during the Galactic Civil War. During a New Republic High Command meeting,[1] in 5 ABY,[2] Ho'ror'te spoke of the sacrifices of the Unerring and its escorts undertook to destroy a conspiracy that had been orchestrated by a vizier of Emperor Palpatine.[1]

After his briefing, General Hera Syndulla spoke of her battle group's efforts in securing the Nythlide Array from blockades by the Galactic Empire, and informed the rest of the participants of the meeting that she was intending on returning to the hunt of the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, to which Ho'ror'te reacted.[1]
