A group of Nautolan[2] thieves operated during the time of the Galactic Republic. The thieves wore full body armor that spontaneously combusted when they were killed, hiding their identities,[1] and saw themselves as patriots of the Nautolan people.[2] Unknowingly hired by Ambassador Fiarok,[2] the thieves stole the artifact known as the Hope of Glee Anselm on Jaloria. The bounty hunter Jango Fett was hired to track it down. A number of the criminals attempted to destroy Fett's starship on Halmad, but were defeated in a shootout with the bounty hunter.[1]
