This species was a sentient species that existed in the galaxy. Multiple members,[1] including Nadura,[2] could be found on the planet Corvus.[1]

Biology and appearance

This humanoid sentient species was distinguished by their diverse skin colorations, which included various pale color palettes such as pink, green, or blue, though usually featured some gray around their faces. Additionally, this species had large craniums, with exposed nostrils, eyes with black sclera and either blue[1] or yellow pupils,[2] and small aural openings on the sides of their heads. This species was covered in spikes, including on their head, brow, and back, as well as the tops of their hands, with a long, sharp spine also protruding from their inner wrist, forcing them to wear special sleeves with openings that allowed said spines to stick out.[1]

Species in the galaxy

A number of members of this species could be found living within the city of Calodan on the forest planet Corvus by sometime between[1] 9 BBY and 2 BBY.[3] One of these individuals, Nadura, would eventually leave and become an ambassador for the New Republic, returning to her home[2] some years later[4] to offer Magistrate Morgan Elsbeth the opportunity for Corvus to be represented among the New Republic Senate. Instead, the Magistrate,[2] and secret Nightsister[5] and Imperial sympathizer,[1] had Nadura and her escort killed,[2] further oppressing her citizens until they were later liberated by Togruta Jedi-in-hiding Ahsoka Tano and the Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin.[6]

Behind the scenes

The species first appeared in "The Path of Anger,"[1] the second episode of Star Wars: Tales of the Empire. The episode aired May 4, 2024[7]
