Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An individual served the Galactic Empire as a senior adviser to Emperor Palpatine. Sometime after the Battle of Atollon, the individual was the senior adviser on Mid Rim affairs. The family of Imperial Senior Lieutenant Xoxtin was a close friend of the adviser.[1]
