Karr Nuq Sin attended a school in a town on the desert planet Merokia. The school was lead by an Ovissian headmaster. The school had a history class and a biology class. The human-Mirialan hybrid Maize Raynshi enrolled in the school following her family's move to Merokia from the planet CeSai. After being told that he would be transferred to a trade school, Sin and his new friend Raynshi fled the school and the planet.[1]
