Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A pet store[1] was located in the pirate market[2] in Port Borgo during the New Republic Era.[3] Around 9 ABY,[4] the child KB look at a fuzzball caged in the shop as well as a case containing aquatic creatures[3] that looked like a cross between a jellyfish and a squid.[1] The Theelin Melna then pulled KB and her friend Fern into the store's kiosk, crouching down behind the counter and warning the children they were not safe in Port Borgo as it was full of pirates.[3]

StarWars.com SWCA 2022: 20 Highlights from Lucasfilm's Studio Showcase on StarWars.com (backup link) states that Star Wars: Skeleton Crew takes place in the same timeframe as Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Star Wars: Ahsoka—the latter of which can also be dated to 9 ABY following the reasoning here. As such, Skeleton Crew must take place around 9 ABY as well.
