An individual worked as a hovercar pilot on[2] the Core Worlds planet[3] Coruscant during the High Republic Era.[2] In 232 BBY,[1] the individual piloted a hovercar carrying Jedi Master Ash Masingani and the human Jedi youngling Cam Lindon in Coruscant's skylanes when the vehicle was struck by an out-of-control jet bike, resulting in the pilot's death. Lindon fell several levels onto a landing platform, and, despite being badly wounded herself, Masingani commandeered another vehicle to pilot herself and the youngling to the Jedi Temple's infirmary. The accident resulted in Lindon's larynx being destroyed and requiring a vocoder to be installed in his throat.[2] In 228 BBY,[1] while traveling on the science ship Innovator, Lindon—by then a Padawan—mentally recalled the pilot's passing during his accident, considering it tragic.[2]
