The henge on Peridea
A henge was located in the top of a tower on a fortress located on the extragalactic planet Peridea. Three witches calling themselves the Great Mothers[1] used the henge to communicate with their fellow Nightsister, Morgan Elsbeth, on the New Republic's galaxy[2] on behalf of the Chiss Grand Admiral Thrawn who was also stranded on the planet.[1] In 9 ABY,[3] after Elsbeth finally arrived on the planet on board the Eye of Sion to rescue Thrawn, she landed on the henge with her allies, where she was greeted by the Mothers.[1]

Preceding episodes, also take place in that year, since they take place after Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett, which is dated to 9 ABY according to Timelines. As "Part Eight: The Jedi, the Witch, and the Warlord" takes place shortly after Part Seven, the events of Ahsoka as a whole must all take place within the same year.
