Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

These creatures were a type of quadrupedal domesticated dog-like animal. They lacked fur, instead possessing mottled pink skin, with overlapping gray segments running down their backs. They also had elongated snouts, dark eyes, and long, pointed ears that curled at the tip.[1]

Behind the scenes

The creature made their debut in the fourth episode of the second season of the television series Star Wars: Andor,[1] directed by Ariel Kleiman and aired on April 29, 2025.[2] The dog-like creature was designed by artist Tom Blake.[3] During the production of Star Wars: Andor Season 2, crewmembers rushed to create the creature, with meching done by both Matt Hart who did the head and Ashton McCarthy-Gardner who did the body, as well as additional assistance by Cerina Knott who helped them make their deadline. This creature was puppeteered by both Wim Oppenheimer and Neil Sterenberg.[4]
