A human[1] individual worked as a bounty hunter. During the Clone Wars,[3] he[2] was hired together with other bounty hunters by Jedi Grand Master Yoda to search for the fugitive Sith clone Jek-14 for the Galactic Republic,[3] while he at the same time also worked for the rivaling Confederacy of Independent Systems for the same job.[4]

At some point, the bounty hunter was present together with other bounty hunters in a room in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, where they were served by the protocol droid C-3PO. A firefight broke out in the room, when the Duros bounty hunter Cad Bane, who was arguing with the protocol droid, first threw a tablet with sandwiches at the table where the human bounty hunter was standing together with a Special Forces Clone Trooper, and then while trying to kill the droid, accidentally shot a mug on their table.[3]

At some point later, both the bounty hunter and the Special Forces Clone Trooper hunted Jek-14 and ambushed him together on a rocky astronomical object. Jek-14 then fled into a room in a cave to his stealth starfighter and the bounty hunter and clone trooper followed him in, but were unsuccessful at stopping him.[1] The duo then spent time at a cantina on a desert planet when Jek-14 entered the cantina and ordered a drink and took of his helmet, which drew the attention of everyone in the room. The bounty hunter and the clone trooper tried to stop their bounty, but he again managed to escape to his starfighter.[5] In response to their repeated defeat, two former partners fought for a nearby Z-95 Headhunter. The Special Forces Clone Trooper managed to beat[6] his[2] former partner to the starfighter, but unbeknownst to him, the bounty hunter had climbed aboard the back of it's hull. When they were out of the orbit of the planet, the bounty hunter opened up the cockpit and threw the clone trooper out into space and climbed himself in. The bounty hunter then followed Jek-14 into an asteroid field and managed to briefly stun his ship, but the Force-sensitive instead rebuild it using the Force and destroyed the Headhunter with his cannons. Afterwards, Jek-14 rebuild the debris of the destroyed ship into a box around the bounty hunter and trapped him and the Special Forces Clone Trooper inside it and left them behind, leading to another fight between the two.[6]

Personality and traits

The bounty hunter had light skin and a bald head with a black beard and black eyes, with a large scar next to his right eye.[1] He was considered to be mysterious.[2]

Equipment

He wore a olive-green and brown armor,[3] that helped him camouflage in jungles,[2] and a white helmet with olive and dark-green stripes[3] and a hinged jaw piece.[2] He used both a blaster pistol[3] and a long range blaster rifle. On his utility belt were pouches containing ammunition, restraining equipment and communication devices.[2]

Behind the scenes

The bounty hunter was created for the non-canonical animated series LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles. The character appeared briefly in the series second episode "Menace of the Sith",[3] which first aired on September 4, 2013,[7] and a tie-in set[1] and two animated advertisement shorts.[5][6] While the episode depicts the character as being hired by the Jedi,[3] the store page of the set[4] and his entry in the LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia: Updated and Expanded describe him working for the Separatists. His helmet was based on a Mandalorian helmet and his face is identical to the minifigure of the Star Wars: The Old Republic character Jace Malcom.[2]
